Grand Theft Auto IV v1.0.4.0 Update-RazorDOX

DOX division of Razor1911 released a new update for Grand Theft Auto IV few moments ago. It’s been a while since GTA4 hit the shelves of video game stores, but many people still play it so this patch comes in handy, fixing mostly performance issues on various operating systems.

What  does the American Dream mean today? For Niko Bellic, fresh off the boat from  Europe,  it  is the hope he can escape his past. For his cousin, Roman, it  is  the  vision  that  together  they  can  find fortune in Liberty City, gateway  to  the  land of opportunity. As they slip into debt and are dragged into  a  criminal underworld by a series of shysters, thieves and sociopaths, they  discover  that  the  reality is very different from the dream in a city that  worships  money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who dont.

    I wish there was a fix for HD 4870 crash w/ GTA IV, I don't feel like risking my GPU with flashing it.

    @2 xenover, that's particular to your card… you need to check with your manufacturer if they have a newer bios… so yes, you will have to flash it. It's Sapphire?

    Empire Total War Update 6 RazorDOX was released days ago and has yet to be mentioned on this site afaik.

    This is quite an oversight as it was a very popular game that desperately needed the patches.

    This GTA update fixes little (it will adapt your settings depending on OS, reportedly for no FPS gain), but brings the game in line with the version that is now available at retail.

    Finally after this patch, the game runs so darn smoothly on my rig (8800GT 512, Q6600, 4Gb 800Mhz RAM, P5Q Pro)

    Settings are as max as they go with that 3d card.

    Maybe do some actual job and put changelog in post instead of copying nfo, I'm sure that we all know what gta iv is.
