Another crack for Grand Theft Auto 4 (Lets hope its the last) has just been released by Wurstsuppe, this time its meant to be fully working ;) Just follow the instructions below and also follow the NOTES below if you still get shaky camera and it all should be fixed! (Hopefully!) Sorry, i havent downloaded the game to test it myself so let us know in comments if it works for you or not.

Update: GTA 4 REAL PROPER Crack ONLY-FCUKTHESCENE has been released also, so if the Wurstsuppe crack did not work for you, you might want to give this one a go.

NOTE: To solve the problem with the camera bug, turn down the resulution then restart the computer,and then it works, at least for 6 six friends of mine and me!

How to use:

1) Copy the paul.dll, gtaiv.exe and Launchgtaiv.exe in your mainfolder
2) Copy the paul.dll also in your “Offlineactivation”-Folder
3) Open gtaiv.exe and accept the rockstar Terms of Use.
4) Play the game

    I dunno, i did read somewhere a few months ago on a net security blog that rockstar/sony patented and was was implementing a new security method that records the IP of anyone with a cracked game, and then saves a ghost copy of your entire HD to prove it was you when they take you to court.

    I wouldn’t be surprised at all at rockstar doing something like this to protect their investment.

    Whats really stupid is that you dont have to unplug your damn internet to play this game. Just simply choose the offline mode. Windows LIVE…create an offline account. Unplugging your internet is doing nothing for you. If it makes you feel better then go ahead and do it.

    I got the game running and the drunk camera problem solved but im having this weird problem in which i cant change the Graphics options from default :( I can just change them slightly but not on high settings, it just wont allow me to set them, and i get that stupid warning about me exiding my GC performance limits. My rig is a core 2 duo 2.0ghz 2gb ram and 8600gt gc with 256ram on it. Any idea why im having this problem, is it a bug or my rig is just unable to run at those lvls ?

    539 – No way. Tried. Even tried to disable RSCV in game. Same problem with camera again.

    545 – You videocard is only 256 mb. You can’t advance higher then low in textures, f/e.

    Anyway, it looks like a random generation bugs because some can play without bugs with this cracks, but 90 % not…

    Hm, so the drunk camera is random, but is it really?

    What if Rockstar released it own working “crack” that, when used, wrote files/code that cause the drunk camera. Now, no matter what crack (even working fine) after this, you will still get the drunken camera.

    Meh, just my conspiracy theory. :)

    Cleaning out all the triggers(and testing) will take time but the scene group which cracks the game will get all the respect and fame so i bet theyre racing with time to get a crack ready right now.

    I got past the internet mission.
    Working fine here.

    Just use the russian crack, rename the file and launch GTAIV.exe and not the loader!
    No problemsn and running at a good speed!

    Here is the bottomline:
    Rockstar spent all these 8 MONTHS just and only developing super uncrackable DRM protection and they didnt give a damn about the port that they didnt even TEST IT..even Blacksite Area 51 didnt have all these bugs..
    They had enough money from consoles already and they didnt need Pc sales..they just released pc edition as a challenge to crackers..I feel sorry for ppl who bought this

    Uh, one more thing. They will obviously crack it. Just the matter of time. It can’t be cracked only in one case – One time pad cryptic method with proper generation, but if u know why, it will never be in games…

    So, to sum it up:
    You can either use The STON3D crack with darkcoders paul.dll OR FCUKTHESCENEs crack! When you get the shaky camera, enter teh display options, change the resolution and it will work until you start the game up next time.
    Repeat as necessary.

    Works for to many people not to check it out.

    How to apply the crack, as used by most people that report its working:

    1. Install the game
    2. Copy the FCUKTHESCENE or STON3D cracked files, replacing the existing ones
    3. Disable your Internet connection
    4. and finally delete GTAIVGDF.dll
    5. Start up the game in offline mode

    6. IF you get the shaky camera bug, change the resolution or restart the game

    spending 200,000$ for a copy-protection isn’t that much these days. We at Activision paid this number with an additional digit for example.

    It’s simply not possible. Unless you manage to hack into our database and change the blacklist ports. That would require you to be physically at our HQ though, which I am sure you will not be able to come to. The server computers are hidden very well, in fact I do not even know about them.

    I am sorry, It’s just not possible. Were having such a great time reading this stuff on our breaks. I can send ‘friends’ free copies of the game via mail. So my friends get it for free! But, your not my friends!

    Sounds like most of these cracks work if you just unplug from the internet. Sounds like the issue is the software calling home and reporting an illegal game, similar to what Adobe does with their software. A good firewall could block it or otherwise you’d have to edit your your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file with the correct URL.

    Textures/Performance problem fixed, just overwrite everything in main directory and copy paul.dll to Offlineregistration dir.
    If you get drunk camera problem just change resolution and restart the game works perfectly. Trust me on this one IT REALLY WORKS!

    these r the same files yet again, just do a file compare in total commander. Btw, exe files in any crack are the same as the originals, only paul.dll is different.

    So that means, the exe was never cracked in the first place!

    I need a Cd-key and an unlocking key that works or an alternative to avoid it cuz the cd-key in the NFO does not work…
