Google Maps Downloader is a tool that help you to get small tile map images from Google Maps. All downloaded small images are saved on the disk. You can view downloaded maps by Map Viewer Or you can combine them into a big BMP map.

    Many viruses in that file a trojan and malware. tried to hi jack my system as soon as I opened it and I scanned it using linux so I know for sure there is no mistake.

    Stitchmaps 2.40 Plus is way better, because the resulted image is already georeferenced. I tried GMD before, but I’ll stick with Stitchmaps.

    trance: Stitchmaps is for GE, this is for GM, AFAIK. This is a much simpler program (that will likely not work for very large maps because of Google’s download sniff algorithm.) I’ll try it out anyway.

    This is good tool, but is VERY inconvenient.
    Where do I find coordinates?
