The RS editor even used the box for Gold Wave at the top, not "Super EZ-Wave". I also thought this was the "real" goldwave, and downloaded it only to see that it wasn't. In the absence of a good internet connection, it was as close as I could get to a *real* audio editor. Spent hours fine-tuning loops and one-shots with it. According to the website, it's actually called Super-EZ Wave Editor now though... Nice that some people still remember the Goldwave name... It's a bit pointless if you've got a decent DAW these days, but still I'd recommend that n00bs spend a little time working with audio in an app like this - it's the digital equivalent of learning to edit tape with a razor, and a useful skill-set for any audio techy to have.
