Ghosts – The World Is Outside Promo (2007)
Here is another indie band from the UK “Ghost” from thier new album “The world Is Outside” they have released a single “The World Is Outside”. Again its another release from SAW. I’m currently listening to the single on their website and to me it’s nothing special, i like the other two songs they have on there “Stay the night” and “Ghosts”. Ghosts first met at school and have been together, in one guise or another, ever since. It is little wonder, then, that the music sounds so self-assured, and so very accomplished – ecstatic melodies, sugar-spun choruses and a precise understanding of pop music and all its infinite nuances. ‘The World Is Outside’, Ghosts’ new single and also debut album are due out soon.
Ghosts are an indie/pop band from London and was 9th on the BBC’s Sound Of 2007 poll. Before signing with Atlantic Records in November 2006 they were previously known as Polanski. Their sound can be compared to the likes of Keane, Radiohead, The Feeling, Thirteen Senses, Morning Runner and even Supergrass.

Support band for Keane at the O2 in June – sound great live, bought the CD and like it.
The Ghosts are absolutly wickid! They were the support band for The Feeling at Escot in Devon last week. I think they are brilliant live and i will definatly be buing there album.
