Who you gonna call? :P Ive been waiting for this game for a while and been quite excited as a huge Ghostbusters fan. Cant wait to play this as this game has been confirmed by Dan Aykroyd as being essentially Ghostbusters 3. All of the voice acting in the game is also done by the cast members from the original movies, so im hoping this will be awesome! :P Enjoy!

The real Ghostbusters return in this videogame sequel to the Ghostbusters movies. Stars Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Bill Murray reunite to reprise their roles as Spengler, Stantz, Zeddmore and Venkman. Supporting the ghost busting crew are the talents of Annie Potts, Brian Doyle Murray and William Atherton.

With Manhattain newly overrun by ghosts and other supernatural creatures, it’s up to you to take on the role of a new recruit joining the original, famous Ghostbusters team. Equipped with a variety of unique weapons and gadgets, you will hunt, fight and capture a wide range of uncanny phantasms and demons in an all-new, funny and frightening battle to save New York City from its latest paranormal plague.

    you can actually patch games to 2nd wave from 3rd just google it I did it for UFC and it works fine, updating firmware next week thou :D yay

    n a very last minute decision, Sony (who actually owns the Ghostbusters franchise) has finally figured out that, hey, maybe they can directly publish the game themselves . . . at least in Europe. Sony will now publish the PS2 and PS3 versions of the Ghostbusters game this June, with the PSP version due out this autumn. And what about all the other platforms, including the PC version? While details are vague, MCV reports that Atari will publish the game for the rest of its planned platforms later this year. Atari has sent over a press release confirming that the game will still be released for the PC in the US on June 16.

    Actually in the UK its exclusive to the PS3 & PS2 for a while, Sony left the PSP out of that deal for some reason, surely if you're gonna make it exclusive for a bit you'd want to do it for all your systems? but then I'm not using whatever corporate logic they did

    Yeah this looks like it might be a tad better then the old Commodore 64 version I used to play back in 1985! Even though that was still amazingly fun. (It actually said "GHOSTBUSTERS!!! HA HA HA!!" at the start of the game.. now THAT was freakin amazing!)

    This is fab for us in the UK!!! Just downloaded and played and I can say it's an okay game. May get better as you progress but I feel it lack the feel that you are doing anything to the ghosts when you use your proton beam and it's bloody hard to keep them on target. We'll se how this one pans out!

    Actually there is a 3rd Ghostbusters on the way to the big screen so it is nonesense to say this is the 3rd will the movie then be the 4th

    You need to flash the Xbox 360 dvd drive firmware with Ixtreme firmware which then allows you to play these games which have been stealth patched and had the copy protection and sometimes the region codes stripped. You could get banned from Xbox Live though.
