The Ghostbusters are back in an all-new story by the original creators.     Can Anyone confirm if this is another crappy 360 port?

    Sure sounds like it if its recommended to use a 360 controller. That right there says to me that the buttons popping up on the screen are gonna be from the 360 controller and not the keyboard.

    Designed on the ps3 but recommended game controller is 360….. interesting. When is microsoft gonna get it no one pays 79.99 for a refurbed Windows 360 controller. Especially when they are 30 for the 360 and almost 3 times that brand new retail for one for windows. ps3 controllers work in windows and the ps3….. OWNED AGAIN MICROQUEERS

    The XBOX360 Controller for Windows is the best controller you can get tight arse!! They are only £20 where I live so should be a similar price where you live in tight-arse land. Plus even if it is a port, the graphics on the PC version will far exceed any console. And consoles have very poor framerates due to hardly any memory.

    Hey 36 Tigerdirect.ca Look before you be the smart arse you are calling me. I aint lying if I could get one For $20 I would do it even though I absolutely hate the controller personally it would make alot of my pirated PC games alot mor playable.

    If you actually read what the producers of the game have said its not gonna run any better on any system then it will on the other. 360 PC ps3 will have the same max settings so the game will look the same across all consoles/pcs. Hense the 8800 as being the recommended card when usually recommended cards are in the 9 series.

    PC Review got quite a bit lower then the PS3/360 review.

    But seriously go look at the price at http://www.tigerdirect.ca then at NCIX.com and tell me im a tight arse.

    The games will probably be nuked soon -
    i've managed to open the rars into an iso file.
    The custom installation crashed as expected, and i've followed the instructions from the nfo, then copied the crack.
    Main menu is loading, setup works -
    but when i try to start a new game it starts loading and after a while there's an error message and the game crashes.
    (Q6600 CPU, 4GB DDR3 RAM, XP PRO SP3 APRIL 2009, ATI4870 1GB display adapter)

    @ Ghandi you are an idiot quit posting false information.

    For those curious this game is not the same across all 3 ports. The PC version can be put into whatever resolution your GFX card can handle. It also features soft particles, much better realtime shadows than what is seen on PS3 and Xbox. The debris actually has a higher setting so you can destroy the environments even more making the destruction of an entire room look even better. It has a much higher detail for mirrored surfaces and etc. It also has settings to make the damn books in the library level more detailed!

    Any wireless Xbox 360 controller will work with the wireless Xbox receiver for windows. I use a Xbox 360 controller for some PC games. Not, a Xbox controller 360 for Windows! I even use the wireless Guitar Hero guitar for the 360 on a game called Frets On Fire on my PC. The wired Xbox 360 controller for Windows and the Xbox 360 are powered by USB, and will work on both PC and the Xbox 360.

    This is the worst game ever… bought it for the wii and pc.. both are made with total different engines and companies. Wii is a watered down saturday morning cartoon.. while this pc version is a horrid port..
    both take only 5-7 hrs to beat depending on how much you destroy..
    not enough unlocks.. not enough specials… even with multiplayer which only exists on 360 and ps3 this game falls so short in every manner i want to take the teams and hit em against a wall..

    @145 unfortunatly i too get this error :( have not been able to figure out how to fix it yet. I am also running windows 7 so maybe its a compatability issue.

    try copying the files to the root game directory not in a folder called bin, this helped me get into the game. Not sure if it works yet tho.

    I think the reloaded crack is bad. There is an issue with 1920×1200 resolution. This, as far as I can tell in my case, is the reason why I cannot get past the movies on the first level. Regardless of anything I do change resolutions/driver/cracks/etc I get errors referring to the cracked file.

    not sure if you guys are aware of this.. but there seems to be a problem with this so-called PROPER from vitality… the crack cause a glitch with the candlestick monsters (impossible to kill them).. use the RELOADED crack and works fine.

    if you choose custom installation you should first copy all files in bin folder on DVD and paste in game installed directory and then copy crack in directory and replace it.because when you choose custom installation some files be missing and not install

    Anyways you do NOT need for Vitality's crack @ all…. NOW I'd tried to uninstall the game and I get:

    It's me again I think I have solved the issue, I mounted the image, then instead of Autorun I opened the folder so I can see the content of the Image I clicked on setup and brought me back the window to uninstall the game.

    @165: I have the exact same problem.

    I Downloaded the 1st Reloaded release, extracted the data directly from the CAB files as instructed… Whenever I select the difficulty level, instead of starting the damn game, it just reverts back to the main menu. How do I fix this?

    @165: Sorry to double post, but I just found the solution to our problem! You also have to copy+paste all the files (except for the game EXE – use the version in the crack folder) from the "bin" folder on the disc into the game directory. I've been playing the game and it rocks – make sure to turn off soft particles if you have a slower CPU, though!

    I have a major problem. I'm from Chile, but im used to play my games in english. I cant install the game in english. Moreover, right after i start my carreer and the cinematic begins, i hear the sounds, but there are no voices. I see the characters speaking and the subtitles, but none of them actually speaks. can anyone explain/help with that?
