Genesis Rising: The Universal Crusade takes place in the very distant future, three thousand years after what humans believe was the arrival of “the savior”. The human race has conquered most of the Universe. They consider themselves a divine race, and think of all aliens as inferior; those that do not obey are punished or destroyed. The dominion of the human race was insured by organids – genetically designed organic machines, easily adaptable to any enemy strategy.
Only one part of the Universe remains unconquered. It is the galaxy where the Universal Heart, an enigmatic entity that spawned all life and matter into the universe, is hidden. At least, that’s what the humans believe…
The player will take on a role of captain Iconah, a battle-hardened fleet commander and a brilliant genetic designer, sent on a quest to explore and conquer the Universal Heart.

Is this game like Homeworld ? (C&C on space) ?!
Looks alright.
This looks nauseous, the screenshots alone gave me a headache.
I played a demo of this the other day, it was all right but unfortunately it’s not really 3d like homeworld where there is a up and down it’s all played as if on a flat surface from what i could tell.
Upgrades and things are acquired by your ships feeding off other ships and stealing their genes. it’s a good idea and you can put what eve weapons you like on ships so you aren’t limited to the normal fighter/cruiser/battle ship as you could outfit a fighter with large missile launchers or a cruiser with nothing but bullet guns.
Might give it a download sometime.
Yeesh, another strategy game? Seems like there’s been dozens of these over the past few months, it’s crazy.

Played the Russian demo and its shit-hot in my opinion, one of the best space sims since Independence War 2 – Edge of Chaos (and that was in 2001!). Supposed to be coming out Q1 2007, but no sign yet – anyone have info?

This release was nuked.. Noone can get it to work … PRYCON is worthless as a release group.. majority of what they release is non functional.

The game is indeed protected. Unfortunately everyone now has to wait until the first crack is released to play. Annoying, yes, but what can you do; at least when the crack is out you won’t have to wait long to play
Been waiting for this… Hate the YASU-thingie tho. Hopefully the crack will come fast, the demo was quite good but very short.

The game looks fine, this release simply sucks big time. It doesn’t run, as all people have already mentioned. What about banning this group relases one times and for all? It’s the third time their releases give me problems.
Wow, this is too bad. I will hold onto mine and d/l the crack in a couple days. It seems this group was more interested in informing everyone that one of them got shitfaced rather than actually DOING anything other than making an image of a disc and uploading it.

There is no point getting a key, even if playing over a lan you need to different keys, really annoyed me :@ and I havent been able to find a keygen or a single key online :’(
