Gears Of War-RELOADED
Exactly as in case of Call of Duty 4, the CloneDVD version of Gears of War was quickly followed by cracked one, this time from RELOADED. This 2min old release is still that crazy big – I can’t really imagine downloading almost 8 gigabytes on some public tracker, that would probably take the eternity. Anyway, there are no nukes or propers so far, so I guess everything should work just fine. For full game info, visit our older post.
Note from NFO: If the game starts in Spanish and you prefer playing the game in English, delete the lang.txt file from binaries in your installation directory.

Hmmm, deleting lang.txt will make the game not work…sound and text are in Spanish during the game =(

the reason for no ENGLISH in the Reloaded version is there is no english file folder under GEARS OF WAR\WarGame\Localization, only the spanish. So if someone who has the Razor version could upload their english files then we should(not so sure) solve the problem.

ENGLISH LANG FIX FOR GEARS OF WAR RELOADED and THERMOPYLAE release ***
1) i assume you have the razor’s or reloaded startup.exe crack (both works ,maybe the THERMOPYLAE also)
2) open file lang.txt located in ..\Binaries and paste the code 0409 only / then save it.
3) delete the PCTOC.txt and PCTOC_ESN.txt located in \WarGame
4) download this rar: http://www.zshare.net/download/4784627a045547/
unrar it and paste the PCTOC.txt in the path before you deleted the old PCTOC (\WarGame)
there are another 3 files (Startup_int.upk +..+..) inside this rar , paste them in path ..\WarGame\CookedPC
5) download this rar http://www.zshare.net/download/4776363745b8e0/
unrar and paste the folder in … WarGame\Localization (replace the old crap INT folder)
6) download 2 rars here: (66mb+66mb)

unrar ,there is 1 folder inside : INT
paste this folder in … \WarGame\CookedPC\Sounds (replace the 22mb INT folder with this 195mb one)
(by this step you can play the game with eng menus/subtitles in game and SOME english voices. If you take the step 7 you will have all the voices also in game..)
7) FINALLY download these files from:

unrar it and paste all the files somewhere temperarily …
now locate the folder … \WarGame\CookedPC\Maps
you must paste the correct files in the correct map folders
for example the file SP_Alamo_Cin_LOC_int.war will go into folder SP_Alamo
the file 10_2_CrashSite_CineLevel_LOC_int.war goes to SP_Eba (the only file that doesn’t help with the name)
PAY ATTENTION to those maps:
SP_Factory , SP_FactoryBasement, SP_FactoryInterior cause all the files in the rar have SP_Factory and you can confuse things
look where is the _LOC_ESP file and you’ll sort things out easily
10) run the game as allways ,with startup.exe (with correct cracks from reloaded or razor)
notice: DON’T START THE GAME UNTIL YOU REPLACED ALL THE FILES
DON’T ASK “HOW DO I PASTE/UNRAR FILES???” !!!
enjoy the game fully playble in english

I did everything Gabe from Hungary said, and it’s all in english and mostly working, but the game crashes during the Kryll chase level.
#3 still doesn’t work for me. Could someone please host it on a different site as it’s the only file I can’t get. It would be much appreciated, thanks!

Agreed, I got everything working but part 2, and i tried a crapload of times.

Start the game, go to “guide”, create a profile.
Now you can can save the game in single player.
Don’t try to play multiplayer obviously though!!!
My issues with this game are that vsync doesn’t work from ingam e settings, and occasional stuttering (often when not a lot is happening on screen though), hope these can be fixed in future patch and that it’s not because the reloaded release is no good.
please reupload part2 of the map files!!! The game works for me, but its kinda lame with no voices in the cutscenes.

I can help you grow weed ,! thats what you need with this game is lots of weed ,cause your not going to get it to play with out crashing so smoke em if you got em. and if you dont got em get some seeds and come back ill teach ya all u need to know to grow
ok ill do it ill grow weed cause it did crash so ill hafta wait for a fix might take weeks so,i have 4 seeds and paper towels to germinate them in a ziplock bag so whats next

how do you install this cos when i extract the rar file at the bottom of the download list intall the game and try to aply the crack i am not allowed to run the startup file due to DEP which cannot be turned off for the crack
