When Garfield follows his owner, Jon Arbuckle, to England, the U.K. may never recover, as Garfield is mistaken for a look-alike, regal cat who has inherited a castle. Umm, not to nit pick but, if it’s a re-encode of the vcd release it can’t be higher quality, that is a technical impossibility. I mean you might be able to add a few filters to the video but to quote a very smart admin….. You can polish a turd all you want, it’s still a turd
It must be a re-encode from the same source, but not actually a re-encode of the vcd version.
