The reason I love Hip-Hop is they all have talent. It takes talent to write and spit lyrics. I know what you are thinking. “They don’t play their own instruments or sing”. Sure, that maybe true with most Hip Hop artists except the Beastie Boys. But these brothers (brothas) talents extends beyond traditional thinking. To be able to lead an entire generation of youth to get money and hoes is really quite a positive thing. Without Hip-Hop many brothers (brothas) would be lost and misguided. Without Hip-Hop a whole generation of white youth would be fashion challenged. Hip-Hop promotes diversity. Back in the 80’s white women dated only white men. (Rocker & country types). Now white women have more to choose from and aren’t looked down upon for being open minded. They have a choice! Without pioneers like “Gang-Starr” we would be stuck to listen to “Atlantic-Starr” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlantic_Starr
