Galactic Assault Prisoner Of Power-RELOADED

The slowly beginning spring is really obvious in the number of new games: RELOADED pulls out new releases almost every day and these games aren’t that crappy either. Galactic Assault: Prisoner Of Power is a turn-based strategy with colourful and futuristic 3D graphics. In Galactic Assault, you join the fray as four races vie for supremacy over the planet Saraksh. You are a solider who was shot down over the planet, and you become a pivotal element in a power vacuum after a nuclear conflict on the planet. The story is based on the book “Inhabited Island”, and was in fact called that prior to becoming Galactic Assault: Prisoner of Power. Obviously nothing for fans of fantasy games like me, but Galactic Assault can give you many hours of average enterteinment.

Thrust yourself into a deep and harrowing story as four unique races battle for supremacy on the planet Saraksh. Each race possesses and can easily develop distinguishable technologies, leading to the presence of vastly different heavy armored units, transport units and aviation units on the battlefield. The battles take place among vivid extraterrestrial landscapes in 3D with day and night changes as well as dynamic weather conditions that affect the gameplay. In addition to the interesting story line, Galactic Assault offers a revolutionary tactical combat system, more than 70 unique units of great power and high-definition visuals that will immerse players in a horrendous story of war and survival.

Game features:

  • Immersive storyline based on the Sci-Fi novel “Inhabited Island”.
  • 4 totally unique races: Land of the Fathers, Khonties, Barbarians and Island Empire.
  • Realistic battle system (camouflage, fog of war, return fire, mine laying, fortifications, land and air troop carriers).
  • Advanced technology tree and unit upgrade system.
  • Realistic full 3D environment with day/night change and weather effects.
  • Cinematic Camera mode showing the most dramatic moments.

System requirements:

  • Operating system: Windows XP with SP2
  • Processor: Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, AMD Athlon 2500 or better
  • RAM: 1GB
  • HDD space: 2GB
  • Videocad: GeForce 6600 with 128 MB VRAM or better

I think you should do a poll you know, to see if people would prefer the site without torrent links.

Also you wouldnt have to worry bout any legal problems. And its less a p2p site then.

Be interesting to see what people think.

derren32 – I think thats a great idea – after all its supposed to be for new scene releases – why have torrent links and not nzb links?

I think your suggestion along with a forum (so you could have an appropriate place to ask such questions) would make this site even better

cnc3 was only a disappointment because ra2+yuris was so amazing – can’t get better than perfection ;) , games nowadays rely too much on gfx where all we care about is expert game play!

This is a great turn-based strategy game from the same people that developed Massive Assault.

There are many C&C clones yes, very many. This is a different type of game though, that appeals to those who prefer to think over each move, a little like chess. The PC gaming catalogue used to emphasise such games, but the good ones are relatively few & far between now. Thank goodness some are still made. I’ve already bought my copy of this via Gamersgate

    derren32:

People care about d/l links; not some bloggers’ views on games, films and internet news.

There aren’t so many TBS since Panzer General 3 and HOMM 5! I’m a big fan of this type of games! BTW: Starcraft 2 I’m not sure that it will bring many new stuff and don’t compare the two games (different genre)!
Note: Stop whining like bitches! Many of you don’t know even what TBS means! LOL!
