It’s pretty much his own fault. First of all the guy doesn’t control his movements, ( e.g. legs go “randomly” sideways, this is either caused by inexperience, if this is true he should have trained with a partner, or he was training to heavy which resulted in a sloppy control of his exercise )

Secondly the exercise itself is with that particular piece of equipment is overrated, and as you can see not accident proof.

Still, I guess it’s great for a good laugh.

Today they had this vid of some dude jumping a rail from some stairs and he fell, nothing broken, but the bone of his arm came sticking thru his palms skin LMAO, twisted for sure. It might have been painful, but he shares the laughter with us guys on the show. If this happens to you, you can be a crybaby about it if you like. Just watching a vid from 1987 and be crying about it makes little sense ey.
