Funny weekend video: Nervous Baseball

I forgot to post the weekend video clip once again, but Nikesh still bugs me with this so I chose one although it’s already Tuesday. Many of you could have seen this clip in TV or somewhere else, but it is just cool. Phillip Wellman, a player of Mississippi Braves just get little hot-headed and makes a good scene on the field.

FYI: He isn’t a player, he was the manager. He got ejected, so he decided to be an idiot in the process.

    June 5th, 2007 | 15:23

Yeah this is the MANAGER not a player.
He burries the plate because the empire is ‘blind’.
Its a common thing to do in baseball if you disagree with the ump, it will get you kicked off the field though. He just takes it a little step further and decides to make it a big show. The crowd loved it :)

@gav616: I will use google before asking uberish retarded question.

baseball is such a crap booring sport. go play a real sport like football …no not the one your thinking of that Americans stole the name of and created a game that barely even involves your feet but real football.

    June 5th, 2007 | 18:42

European football, however, is a friggin’ eight wonder of the ancient world… You know, it’s funny to imagine a bunch of fat (and the chances are that most of you are, in fact, overweight) kids who sit before their computer screens and discuss the value of various sport types without actually playing any of them once in their life. Sport only makes sense as a recreational or training type of activity. Watching sport or being a non-participating fan of it, now that’s retarded. The digital age has a lot more to offer than sitting for hours and watching a bunch of grown men playing with a rubber ball.

Before I get a chance to experience the wrath of the sport-admiring mobs, I just want to add that, even though I might have sounded unnecessarily harsh in my previous comment, I really don’t see (and can’t imagine) any practical value in watching a four-hour running marathon, when there are literally thousands of more educational, developmental, or otherwise engaging activities available all around us. Hell, even playing video games seems to have more practical worth in it.
