Food Inc LIMITED DVDRip XviD-ZOOM

We previously posted a very good DVDSCR of this documentary. If you didn’t grab that one, here is the DVDRip. The film examines large-scale agricultural food production in the United States, concluding that the meat and vegetables produced by this type of economic enterprise leads to inexpensive but unhealthy and environmentally harmful food. No problems with this DVDRip, so enjoy!

The film’s first segment examines the industrial production of meat (chicken, beef & pork), calling it inhumane and economically and environmentally unsustainable. The second segment looks at the industrial production of grains and vegetables (primarily corn and soy beans), labeling this economically and environmentally unsustainable. The film’s third and final segment is about the economic and legal power of the major food companies, whose livelihoods are based on supplying cheap but contaminated food, the heavy use of petroleum-based chemicals (largely pesticides and fertilizers), and the promotion of unhealthy food consumption habits by the American public.

I work in the food industry, maybe one of the companies named in this film, and I am telling you, you should be scared! Maybe not from this film or the named companies, but the US food supply is suspect, believe it.

So I guess we need to kill off some 2 billion surplus people so poor cows will not suffer? The industrial revolution in the agriculture was a greatest thing that happened to mankind. For the first time in history people are free from hunger, and now those idiots want to turn the clock back to the Potato Famine.

Zeus is right. Oil is food. Mass production for $$$. How we gonna keep that up? Oil is pesticides & fertilizers.
Capitalism is a con, because it only works if there is real honesty. Unfortunatley the high-wire of dreams is fraying.

The way the food is processed and genetically modified or changed through the way its fed (unnaturally), and other f***d up factors is making food in america very dangerous. How the f*** the government let it get this bad is beyond me, this movie is the most important movie for America in a decade. maybe it will actually force change, because these companies wont change by themselves, they are making way too much profit to do that.

Americans eating a lot and being fat is only the 2nd biggest problem, but the first is the kind of food we eat, which is full of preservatives and other chemicals, basically it is not nutritious for you to eat. it just fills you up, f***s up your body, and makes you hungry again in a short time. The whole system here SO MESSED UP dude, u have no idea. Go watch this movie.

zeus – way to completely fail to understand the message. Maybe you should watch the movie beore critiquing it.

OB1 – Not just the USA food supply, the entire world is getting that way; the UK isn’t very far behind the USA for quality of food and most of europe will be that way soon.

Jon – People are free from hunger? 1.02billion (one sixth of the worlds population) people across the world are currently suffering from hunger. A child dies every five seconds from hunge-related causes. I think you need to check your facts before you make such spurious claims.

If you liked food inc., you really should check out another documentary called “Food Matters”. It doesn’t so much focus on how foods are mass produced, but it explains in much greater detail about how unhealthy foods directly affect your bodies. CHECK IT OUT!!!
