Finishing the Game LIMITED DVDRip XviD-MoH

Man there has been a huge amount of movies flowing out of the scene in the past few days especially, which is really nice. I hope those of you who have nice and big screens are enjoying the flow of Bluray releases now as well, which has been covered widely on rlslog. Anyways! I was quite surprised to see this being released in a DVDRip today. I really dug the vibe of the trailer to this film which I saw quite a while ago. Fans of Bruce Lee, Kung-Fu and comedy should enjoy this film. Personally I’m waiting for Lost to be released, so I’ll keep this for later! IMDB ratings of this film look very promising!

Quality:  The quality of this release looks very good as can be expected from a scene DVDRip. 1018kb/s video bitrate which is very good for a 1CD release and 140kb/s VBR mp3 which is rather standard. English and Spanish subtitles are included. Enjoy.

Bruce Lee’s shocking death left legions of stunned fans and a legacy of 12 minutes from his unfinished Game Of Death. Undeterred, studio executives launched a search for his replacement chronicled here through the eyes of five aspiring thespians who find out what the real game is.

finally something besides a 5 year old movie in HD

i mean HD releases are great and all, but some of us still dont have HD TVs and Blu Ray players/recorders — and besides I think most of us have seen theses movies already (Ronin, Independence Day, I Robot, etc.)

Yeah sure theres been a lot of films over the past 2 days, but there all either old films relased on Blu-ray or crappy horrors or films with under 4 out of 10 on imdb, the 2 exceptions being Cleaner & Haditha, wheres all the decent relaeses, we need some more R5’s & screeners, lets all pray for a miracle shall we :x

Lewy G, not to be uncivil, but two days is just that. We are lucky to have this great site and should be a bit more grateful to the good folks running it and a bit less impatient awaiting releases. After all, good things come to those who wait.

#9, I wasn’t slating rlslog m8, I was commenting about the scene in general, there are a lot of great movies out at te moment & there have been loads over the past few months, none of which have still been released in anything better than a poor quality cam/ts, do you not see my point m8?

    @10,

Pardon me. I follow ya perfectly. I am rather curious, which films are you especially looking forward to/have high expectations of? I for one find that Hollywood can’t make a half-decent film 4 out of 5 times even when they throw all the money, top actors, top producers and directors at a project. Mr. Brooks was great, but the Cleaner was underwhelming in a bad way. That said 28 Weeks Later was a terrific sequel (I claim it was even more entertaining than 28 Days Later).

Filled with chop-socky parody and too-tight jumpsuits, “Finishing the Game” saves its sharpest barbs for a sequence featuring the excellent Dustin Nguyen as a television cop saddled with the catch phrase “I ain’t gonna do your laundry.” Sadly his efforts (and those of a good-natured James Franco as his bemused partner), fall far short of rescuing a movie that, unlike its inspiration, never gets off the ground

do you guys remember the movie/documentary posted on here….. “confessions of a superhero” the black dude who played the hulk got his first break in movies in a film called “finishing the game” about kung fu, he was in character at some point with a huge afro etc, be interesting to see if this is it.

  24. Lee
    March 21st, 2008 | 12:58

Yeah, the guy in the superhero documentary is Joseph McQueen and he’s in this movie playing a pimp.

I loved ‘confessions of a superhero’!

Still got it saved on my PC. I kinda felt sorry for the Hulk aka Joseph McQueen.

Cool documentary but I will give this movie a miss I think.

i think all the bluray releases are due to slysoft cracking bd+ with anydvd-hd just the other day.

so all the sceners are ripping the old crap they put on bluray. this happened with dvd - most of the first movies were like terminator and old rubbish from vhs.

hopefully some r5’s or dvd screeners will come in with some new stuff, as frankly 4gb+ is too much to download for a movie, 2cd is about my limit.

any news on a decent jumper release?
