A nice Horror Comedy Drama released by HALCYON. Fido is a Canadian zombie comedy film released in 2006. It was directed by Andrew Currie and written by Robert Chomiak, Andrew Currie, and Dennis Heaton from an original story by Dennis Heaton. It was produced by Lions Gate Entertainment, Anagram Pictures, British Columbia Film Commission and Téléfilm Canada.

Timmy Robinson’s best friend in the whole wide world is a six-foot tall rotting zombie named Fido. But when FIDO eats the next-door neighbor, Mom and Dad hit the roof, and Timmy has to go to the ends of the earth to keep Fido a part of the family. A boy-and-his-dog movie for grown ups, “FIDO” will rip your heart out.

    This zombie movie sucks. I had the chance to see it a year ago and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially now with such great movies around.

    lol! zoro I thought the same , the plot was really lame. it sucked from the beginning to the end. Carrie Anne moss couldn't save this turd.

    Shush Taramas. It's a FAMILY DRAMA ZOMBIE MOVIE!! How many are there??

    This is the sweetest, funniest, most affectionate zombie movie. It's got ZOMBIE LOVE FOR GODS SAKE!! And adolescent zombie sex slaves – woohoo!

    I loved this film.

    It's the only zombie film where its actually IMPOSSIBLE for ANYONE to be scared at any point of the film.

    Something really different.

    Worth seeing with Shaun Of The Dead for oddball zombie flicks !
