WVoMiT released a documentary called “FEMA City” directed by Jamin H. Griffiths which examines the plight of some 2,000 Florida residents displaced from their homes by Hurricane Charley in 2004, and relocated to a makeshift Charlotte County trailer park that would quickly earn the nickname FEMA City.

In 2004, a trailer park was set-up in a field in Charlotte County, Florida, after Hurricane Charley destroyed buildings and homes. Over 2,000 people moved into 551 mobile homes and the park took on the nickname FEMA City. Once displaced, residents of FEMA City found that returning to their homes and to normalcy would prove to be one of the greatest challenges of their lives. This powerful and educational documentary explores the issues created by a lack of affordable housing after one community is hammered by a natural disaster.

    1) These displaced people have a decent roof over their heads.

    2) These people can work and save to find better housing if they like.

    3) No one is forcing these people to live there. They can go wherever they choose.

    4) The Liberal wrong-thinking of "lack of affordable housing" resulting in the mandating of home-ownership despite these new homeowner's ability to pay for the housing is the direct and proximate reason for the economic disaster of the USA and world. Trying to make a buck over bad paper has always occured. The difference is Fannie and Freddie kept feeding the beast despite being told of the fiscal irresponsibility of their actions.

    5) Temperatures have been COOLING for nearly a decade. Man-made Global Warming is political propaganda devised by Liberals and Leftists wanting power over the lives of people. CO2 levels have risen WITHOUT the mythological concommitant rise in temperature. Is it the third or fourth time since the 1960's that Al Gore and James Hansen have declared the end of the world?

    Stop being a stupid arse. NASA (you remember them?) has Sat data that clearly shows the earth has been cooling so fast that in the last 10 years the temp of the earth had dropped 0.02% C! NOAA (You remember them?) has confirmed this Neither of these two groups has any political agenda and as such they dont have to worry that if they dispute the liberal party line that their funding will be cut. And I am sure that you read the remarks of the head if the IPCC right? The Taxi driver from India (and yes, that was what he did before he became the head of the IPCC and this is documented) Stated for the record that "mankind has not been proven to be the cause of global warming nor can we find any proof that mankind has anything to do with same." Now this is your UN IPCC Committee HEAD that is saying this! And where are the island nations that were supposed to vanish from the earth because according to Al Gore and you GW nuts, they would be under 3 feet of water by now..but I have yet to hear about even one.

    And here is something for you to think about before you open your mouth yet again and spew even more stupidity Johney666, IF the head of the IPCC is wrong, then that tosses into doubt EVERYTHING that committee has ever done as what else were they wrong about.
