A surprisingly good limited action movie Felon was released today in a dvd screener from group RUiNS. This rip comes really fast after the movie premiere and offers an extremely good quality on 1 CD. Starring Val Kilmer and Stephen Dorff, this release is worth downloading and watching right now.

A loving family man with a promising future loses everything when he accidentally kills the burglar who broke into his home. Covicted of involuntary manslaughter, he is sentence to spend the next three years inside a maximum security facility where the rules of society no longer apply.

    Is it really so slow that we’re posting two VERSIONS of a basically unknown movie in the same 24 hour period on RLSLog?

    Although this movie is unknown it is very good. It reminds me of American History X for some reason and I absolutely loved that movie. If you enjoyed American History X you will enjoy this one

    All I gotta say is that it happens that quick and just like that.
    I spent my time in SuperMax Lock-up in L.A. and Men’s Central
    is actually the most violent place in the U.S.
    (worse than the Penn)
    You definitely will find yourself in a situation where you
    are holding someone else’s knife or some similar scenario
    if you walk in there not knowing whats up.

    Glad to see a movie that is ‘reasonably’ accurate

    Nice upload, “This is the property of notification is followed by a Black and White screen” around four times during the whole duration of the movie but does not affect anything, after all it is a DVD Screener.
    Good quality Video8 and Audio8, well worth the download.

    great movie, the first black and white scene almost seems like it was done during filming and editing, but it wasnt, not a bad screener….this IS the best movie i have seen all year, make no mistake Val Kilemer is one of the best character actors in the biz…..EPIDEMIK816 out.

    Just finished watching this. Great movie, and though I don’t always like Stephen Dorff, he’s excellent in this (and Kilmer gives great support).

    This is one of only 2 movies I’ve bothered downloading from here over the past couple of weeks (the the other being the fairly decent Redbelt), since most movies posted here are either complete rubbish or just don’t appeal to me.

    This is a cracking good film though. Dark, gritty, well-acted, has something to say about the prison system, and is well worth the download.

    I gotta learn how to make these scene releases because my buddy works for a dvd outfit here in the sf bay and he showed this movie 2 weeks ago, they apparently have a table in the office that they just throw all these pre-release versions on so people can take them home and watch them, and we watched this on July 4th… Anyone have any places to go and find info on what kind of software and know how it takes to make a release that complies with all the various rules on sound, image etc? Thanks for everything too rlslog community, y’all make it happen everday…

    Just finished watching this movie. Easily the most powerful movie I’ve seen in a couple of years. A movie with real substance unlike a lot of the crap that has been floating around lately. I really recommend it.

    The film was great, but i personally give best performance to “Harold Perrineau” (actor who plays ‘Michael’ from lost).

    Val Kilmer was also top notch.

    Stephen Dorff however, was the weak link. he wasn’t awful…He just seemed so scripted when talking with his wife.

    This is a great movie! It IS worth downloading.
    The movie itself raises a very painful situation that I hope that will not occur to anyone. Sometimes the justice system in our world leads to the total opposite than it should.

    I am speechless… The best movie I have watched since There will be blood and No country for old men…

    I know I am comparing apples and oranges here but overall quality of movie, from acting to directing to storyline deserves a lot of credit!

    This movie is the BEST MOVIE I’ve seen in quite a while although it’s a basic story it’s a must see and keeps you entertained with action from start to finish, MUST SEE.
    Quality of the rip is very good and clear.

    @15. Eden log, best movie you’ve seen this year… and this is second. Watched 2 films this year, per chance? Eden Log was good… very different, which was refreshing… but I’d still only give it a 7/10 at a push. Time to check this one out. :)
