Fear Itself S01E05 HDTV XviD-2HD

2HD has released the latest episode of Fear Itself. Billed as a fun-filled ride of terror, Fear Itself is an anthology series of mini-horror movies. Each episode will deliver a different story of suspense and thrills. A lot of people in previous comments don’t seem to like this show, but I think it’s a decent show, It’s old school horror stories.

Eater
Written by Richard Chizmar & Johnathon Schaech and directed by Stuart Gordon (”Re-Animator,” “Masters of Horror”). A rookie cop (Elisabeth Moss, “Mad Men”) must spend her first night in the precinct watching over a serial killer, coined “The Eater” (Stephen R. Hart, “Shoot ‘Em Up”). When her fellow cops start acting bizarre, she quickly learns that no one is who they seem. Russell Hornsby (”Lincoln Heights”), Pablo Schreiber (”The Wire”) and Stephen Lee (”Boston Legal”) also star.

Don’t about this weeks, but last weeks starred two actors from “Psych” and seemed more a nod to those who enjoy this comedy than for series it was shot for (like a Psych: Mirror Darkly type of thing).

PSYCH follows Shawn Spencer who has developed a keen eye for detail after being instructed by his police officer father to note even the most minute details of his surroundings. After Shawn calls in a tip on a crime to the police, he is actually accused of committing the crime. To try to clear his name, Shawn convinces the police that he is a psychic and he begins solving cases for the police force.

That chick co-stars on AMC’s “Mad Men” and she’s actually quite attractive. Also, anyone know if this weeks episode of “Fear Itself” is any good?

Well, I personally thought that this was one of the best episodes yet. Good sense of paranoia, a decent amount of blood for a primetime series. . . and good acting overall. I’d check this one out.

I liked the last couple…it’s not quite Masters Of Horror, but its pretty decent..

I saw this episode tonight I was pretty disappointed. It featured poor acting and a formulaic story that anybody could see coming.

4th episode was great, very likeable actors played well, all the church settings were rather goods if you know a little about the christians mythology, and the end was a classical horror movie/show.

the 5th episode looks promising, have only watched the first 10 mins, will continue tonight

this show is defintly recomedable to people who enjoy oldschool horror movies: so have fun, its only 45min so nothing is wasted.

Saw this show last night for the first time, maybe it was just a bad episode but it was pretty lame. Just seemed like an adult version of that old kids show “are you afraid of the dark”

That’s a good description. It’s a grown up version of “Goosebumps” or something. Some of us enjoy a good waste of time like that, other’s don’t. Generally speaking I can’t stand TV, but this is watchable stuff. P&T BS is quickly becoming a show I don’t like, and I used to love it…

So far I’ve greatly enjoyed this show, and even though episode 4 seemed dull, it amazed me with its ending. As I like to call Fear Itself, a horror movie without the useless BS
