I disagree, the film tries to replicate a REAL life style of conversation, when was the last time you spoke like an actor in a Hollywood movie?

BTW, it gets very funny later on, fans of films like Napoleon Dynamite and Sideways will enjoy this film.

I disagree, the style of acting is trying to replicate REAL life conversations, when was the last time you spoke to someone in the same way as a Hollywood movie? Yes it is a peculiar film, however fans of films like Napoleon Dynamite and Sideways will enjoy this.

BTW, it’s also gets very funny later on in the film.

You’ve clearly lied twice there.
The acting and delivery of lines in this is so bad after 15mins you will be wishing for a children’s xmas play to break out.

There are foreigners learnering english for the first time right now who can read from a page more convincingly than every actor in this film. Zero directing going on.

Parkey Posey is so great.

She used to be a professional mime, which really makes sense when you watch her acting style. Great comedic timing (as someone mentioned above), and her face and hands are so expressive. Wonderful ability with body language.
