madness looks cool!
This is actually a really good game, kind of a Diablo-lite. Highly recommended for fans of that sort of game.
I’ve only played the original Fate and don’t know how this stands compared to it, but the original was a lot like Diablo 2, with updated graphics and only one dungeon, infinitely deep. I’m not far into the game, but it’s a fun game that can be enjoyed in short or long stretches, so I’ll get this sequel. Thanks!

Cedge is right! This game is really really good game. It may not have the “up-to-date” High-def graphics, but as for gameplay goes, it’s very reminiscent of Diablo.
Bleh, I don’t like those games where you see your character from above. I’d rather have games that use point-of-view, like you’re looking through the character’s own eyes.

Awesome, thank you so much!! I loved the first one, and this one looks great. I felt the same way about “Wild Tangent”, because it gave me problems in the past, however, in modern times, it is actually quite hassle-free now.

i have tried the posted megaupload 1 download link and the megaupload and both fail at 99% with both winrar and winzip
i dnt even get a crc error it jus freezes up on 99% with both winzip n winrar lol. annoying as hell im guna restart my pc then try hopefully sumfing wil sort its self out

I’ve played the first one and it’s great. Like diablo only not so serious, a bit more cartoony and light hearted.
I install it once or twice a year and play for a few weeks … the dungeon is infinite, so you can play your heart out
noob u need winrar its free and then simply double clik part 1 then drag and drop the folder to whereva u want it n it wil extract automatically-let me know if it works mine freezes on 99% :s
Deano they extracted fine for me – although I downloaded each part from a different site on uploadjockey since I have limits with the free accounts. the install worked fine to, don’t know what could be stopping yours and others at 99%

Wildtangent is the developer. The specialize in making small games. I still remember a loooooong time ago when they started out by making visual plug-ins for Sonique and Winamp. It was some of the coolest visual plug-ins at that time.

I like simple games! In RPG’s I like a simple and clean interface but I think this game is a little too simple and too repetitive! It’s a diablo clone no doubt about it but diablo is diablo and this is just a poorly made clone! I can’t wait for diablo 3! to appear

The first Fate was a fun way to waste 15min… or 4 hours if you get addicted! Hope this release brings some new life to the game, as it gets repetitive fast, but the constant new loot & leveling is what keeps you hooked.

1. You download the thing and get a bunch of zip files
2. In each zip file, there is a piece of the rar file, with basically means you have to goto every zip file and unzip the piece of the rar. A big piece of useless time wasting, since the zips don’t even compress the rar pieces.
3. After you unzip all the rar pieces, you can then unrar and won’t get crc error.
4. The crack is in the first zip file.

Obviously I am super excited, I just hope this doesn’t break my legit copy of Fate. Its funny, the only game I’ve paid for in the last few years was the original Fate and I loved it! I like the fact that you can father a new generation to continue on after you retire your character and you can pass on an upgraded item to him or her. The only problem is that after a 4 or so times beating the game it does tend to get a little less captivating, I’ve been hoping for new content besides the mods.

maybe try changing some graphical settings. vsync or something like that…
allready tried to chance graphic settings.. but it doesnt matter.. game still crashes.. :/
@79: does it crash oder hang up? after entering a dunegon the loading screens starts and finishes perfectly.. but then iam back @desktop

Someone try to import player 1st edition from 2nd?

After you install the new fate(Undiscovered Realm) try to load your old char, if doesn´t work restart you computer…

kool game but when i tried playing it froze in just a couple of minutes…any1 knows how i can fix this problem?
it suddenly got worse now it keeps closing everytime i try to play my character so i decided to reinstall it and see..
now i just cant get out of the first chamber that has the heroes statues..please does any1 know how to fix this?
i got vista dose that matter at all….cuz i got the aplication replacement thingy and it DON’T go thrugh wild tangent any more (SUCCESS!) but it loads up to maby 85% then the program freezes…..and under task manager it says it stoped working…

I downloaded the game off wildtangent and got the crack but when i start the game it compresses, loads to around 80 percent and then closes and returns to the desktop. Anybody know why this is happening?

In vista it won’t finish loading.
In windows 7, it just shuts down automatically.
