3 hours ago, this big LiMiTED movie release came out from SAPHiRE but no editors seemed to notice. And I just got back from an exam so here you go. “Fanboy” is a comedy film directed by Kyle Newman and starring Sam Huntington, Chris Marquette, Dan Fogler, Jay Baruchel, and Kristen Bell :D This SAPHiRE release is 1-CD standard size with sub included, enjoy!

PLOT: It’s the Halloween party they’ve all been waiting for, to have fun with friends and hang out with fellow Star Wars fans and partners in crime. However, events take a turn when one of their bunch who long ago outgrew his old gang and took on adult responsibilities is suddenly in their midst again. Reconnecting is not easy. But soon, Eric, Windows, Hutch and Zoe realize that Linus will not live long enough to experience what’s been on their minds for ages: The long-awaited theatrical release of Star Wars – Episode I, which is still several months away…….

    you are aware that most of the exe files are self extracting winrar archives?

    most of the new south parks, family guy and american dad i have downloaded have been these exe files. ok i opened the first few in a VM just to be sure but they've all been fine. stop being so paranoid or at least take the trouble to verify what you are saying.

    stfu jimbob, take your own advice and verify your statements.

    I've extracted a bunch of these exes using 7zip, and after 2 or 3 extractions they've all eventually yielded the desired avi, but that's not to say there's nothing malicious incorporated, as each exe is bundled with a certain "Server 89.exe" file, which I've not examined specifically (though a post in another thread mentioned that their firewall detected attempted traffic from said exe). There is no good reason to twice compress a file, and certainly no reason to bundle an exe into the decompression process. These posters are degrading the quality of rlslog, and although the desired files are attainable after several minutes of manipulation, I'll soon be moving to other, better moderated blogs for my releases.

    These exe files are a pain in the ass and I really can't see the point of them.

    But id people are gonna insist on using them, could anyone posting them at least have the courtesy to say their downloads have exe files inside and save us poor saps a load of wasted bandwidth.

    Maybe a moderator could put an official request to posters to let us know what we're downloading? It isn't a lot to ask.

    What kind of numbnut downloads stuff from links posted by some random unknown dudes comments on rlslog? If you get infected by something, then you deserve it. Use rlslog for INFO purposes only, there are plenty of good sites to download from, I can't be arsed naming them because if they become too popular thats a bad thing

    This is the worst movie I've seen this year. I usually do not watch movies below 7.0 IMDB and since it's rating is 7.7 and trailer seemed a bit appealing I decided to give it a try. Well… This movie is load of crap. Boring story and bad performance. I can't imagine how it got so high rating…. probably hyped up by Starwars fans…

    @84 – file has an exe with a worm, BE CAREFUL, but the video is there – do NOT execute the file, ever. Extract once, then delete Server 89.exe, then re-extract the second exe, each time directly using winrar/7zip NOT by clicking the exe.

    @84 loser.
