FaceBreaker NTSC XBOX360-KFC

Since I saw this release the other day, I’ve been hoping for a Wii version, but instead, here is the NTSC version of FaceBreaker released by KFC. This was released for the PAL consoles just a couple days ago, you can read that post here.

An arcade-styled boxing game developed by EA Canada. Created by the same team that developed the award-winning Fight Night Round 3, FaceBreaker offers irreverent fun, immersive gameplay and eye-popping stylized graphics. In this in-your-face, arcade world full of ego-wielding characters, each boxer comes to life with unique attributes and distinct personal style, including Romeo, a Latin lover known for his pelvic thrusts, and Molotov, an oversized Russian demolitions expert with a penchant for fighting dirty. Laugh out loud as you pummel your opponent with a barrage of blows to the face and watch in satisfaction as your progress is illustrated by real-time facial deformation. With haymakers, face shots and body blows, wait for the right moment to drop a super punch to make your presence known. Taunt your adversaries and flaunt your talent, by tying one hand behind your back to add ultimate humiliation to your bout. In FaceBreaker, it just feels good to rearrange your opponent’s face.

This game is bad. Nothing but buttonmashing. Might be fun against friends, haven’t tested that yet, but vs cpu it’s just bad.

Another crappy boxing game for a console!

Why are there no decent boxing games for the PC? Sure we have some primitive stat based simulations, but nothing with a decent mix of action and simulation since 4D Sports Boxing and maybe TV Sports Boxing about 18 years ago!

FFS wouldn’t there be a market for this type of game? 4D Sports Boxing had third person, first person etc. modes in 1990! How cool would a boxing game be from a FPS view with modern technology? You could have all the camera shakes, blood and sweat smearing the screen, or even the screen going blurry and hard to see if you get a black eye or get belted. It would be greatly more immersive than the third person view they make for consoles, but that could be a choice for those that want it.

Okay, this look horrible. It’s all flashy effects but the actual gameplay is boring and over repetitive and looks really fake and horrible.

Fight Night Round 3 rocked so much, but this is just horrible!

“megashares is so nice, when most people don’t have an account there… How about a more popular website like rapidshare or megaupload… thanks!!!”

megashares is only second in file storage sites to rapidshare. it is by far the best deal of all the sites (6 months for only $25), has no download limits of any kind, and no filesize limits, so you dont have to list 40 rar files, you can simply upload 1 iso and be done with it.

so, i just wanted you to know and understand why people tend to post megashares links. if you have patience, the site you want will be listed soon. if you dont have patience, try google or buy megashares to go with your rapidshare account.
