I just saw that a very good movie from the past was released few hours ago – John Travolta and Nicolas Cage played together in an amazing movie before 10 years. I think many of you have already seen this years ago but for those who haven’t seen it and for the young people who think this is oldish, I recommend you to see this one, it’s really great!
The plot of Face/Off follows the pursuit of an international terrorist-for-hire, Castor Troy (Nicholas Cage), by an FBI agent, Sean Archer (John Travolta). Archer is motivated mostly by revenge; several years before Troy, while attempting to assassinate Archer, had killed Archer’s young son, Michael. During a furious battle at an airport, Castor is injured and left comatose and his younger brother, Pollux (Alessandro Nivola) is captured and incarcerated.
Archer discovers Castor’s and Pollux’ real intentions: they plan to release a deadly biological agent somewhere in Los Angeles. With Castor in a coma, Archer’s only hope to stop them is to enter prison disguised as Castor and trick Pollux into revealing the location of the bomb. Archer subjects himself to an experimental plastic surgery technique that removes his own face and replaces it with Troy’s. After the procedure is complete and Archer takes Troy’s place in a super-maximum security prison Castor comes out of his coma and has the procedure performed on himself, stealing Archer’s face.
The remainder of the story concerns Castor’s taking advantage of Archer’s job and home life and Archer’s attempts to stop him and regain his true identity.

INTERNAL
An internal release is done for several reasons. Classic DVD groups do a lot of .INTERNAL. releases, as they wont be dupe’d on it. Also lower quality theater rips are done INTERNAL so not to lower the reputation of the group, or due to the amount of rips done already. An INTERNAL release is available as normal on the groups affiliate sites, but they can’t be traded to other sites without request from the site ops. Some INTERNAL releases still trickle down to IRC/Newsgroups, it usually depends on the title and the popularity. Earlier in the year people referred to Centropy going “internal”. This meant the group were only releasing the movies to their members and site ops. This is in a different context to the usual definition.

Anyways ive seen the movie too in the cinemas when it first came out, i remember i thought it was da bomb back in the day.

uhh…what about The Rock?…that was also a nice nic cage movie….and Bad Boys (bruckheimer was on a role back in the day)….by the way…anybody got a link to an Over The Hedge dvd rip with proper audio??
this is average action flick the classics are few and far between,i actually would dl another nic cage one called con-air thought that was more interesting.
Tbh pretty much most of cages films are good.
Faceoff, Con air, The rock, Lord of War amongst others.
Only cage film i didn’t like was ‘The weatherman’.

The very purpose of this thread is to inform people about the good stuff to watch should they have missed them in the past. There is nothing wrong with the “Old” movies.
New does not mean good, tons of new movies are crap. Making inaapropriate comments with no constructive value like this is a new site, stick to new stuff merely proves that you are but a 10 years old boy looking for something shiny to play with. The real quality of movies doesn’t lie with special effect so if you don’t like the news, don’t even bother reading it not to meantion making idiotic comments.

Look, these guys who post the news on these releases, do a great job, but they don’t need their asses kissed on every post, they’re big boys and can probably take any constructive criticism with a grain of salt.
