Nikola posted two days ago Magic ISO Maker, tool for working with ISO/BIN image files. UltraISO is app of same kind. But i found it to be more powerful with features and files support.

    What’s the point of getting the first post in a release.. it’s annoying as hell as they make it appear as it is some kind of achievement in life. Can’t staff give out an ip release list of all these guys so we can hunt them down in rl and torture them to death..

    Only MagicISO can handle proprietary formats.

    why the file is uiso92pes.exe?
    it should be uiso9_pe.exe and crc32 dont match with the site version

    This is not the version from the homepage, this the [b]Retail[/b] version and as far as i know it doesn’t need any actual keygen it can be registered with any username and serial, you can try it :) !

    Preferring PowerISO over UltraISO is like thinking your left sock is better than your right on. Honestly, all 3 of them look like they’re mimicking eachother version after version; it’s software competition turned into cloning…

    Ever since LIGHTNINGUK’s (DVDD) ImgBurn came out, I’ve found no reason to keep UltraISO installed. Yay to awesome freeware!

    heeey can somebody tell me how to make the subtitle works?
    I know that i have to change the name so that its the same as the movie file, but thats not the case….i have dl a movie and it has a subfile included but i dont know how to make it work????

    Luigi Auriemma’s DAA2ISO and UIF2ISO handle daa and uif. Then you can use your favourite handler for iso. IMO all daa and uif releases should included an unpacker.

    Magic ISO is by far the better app despite editor’s comment. At least #10 got it right.

    First step, make sure that the subtitle file is exactly the same as the movie title, except for the extension. If the subtitles are in IDX/SUB, make sure that they both match. Second, make sure that your player supports subtitles. Most good players do, but some don’t. Media Player Classice is supposed to support subtitles, but recent versions have a bug where subtitles often don’t work. Third, check your player’s menus to see if subtitles are enabled.

    If you still can’t see the subtitles, try a different player, like GOM Player. Also, if you have ffdshow installed, you can enable subtitle support in the Video Decoder Config. Note that for this to work, ffdshow has to be used for playing that file type, or at the very least, set to the proper codec. If the ffdshow setting for that format is “Disabled” ffdshow won’t be called and it will never have a chance to load the subs.

    If you’ve done all that and you still can’t see the subs, you probably had a bad set of IDX/SUB files. I’ve had that happen on occasion. The SUB file is some weird format that doesn’t always work.

    The last resort is to go to;

    And try and find an alternate subtitle file. Try and find one made for your particular release of the film, or the subtitles might not be in sync with the dialog. Most are in plain text .SRT format, which is practically fool-proof. You can even edit them with a text editor to fix small errors, or re-sync the entire file using Subtitle Workshop.

    Also note that there are other sources of subtitles on the net. I use OpenSubTitles the most, but there are others.
