This episode was labelled incorrectly by Ballerina. It is in fact E10 of season 5, not E12 proof. The members of the buildteam, which come locally from the surrounding community, volunteer their time to makeover someone’s home who is in-need. The youngest child in Sarah and Lou Vitale’s family suffers from birth defects, and therefore their home needs a complete makeover. No torrent yet but maybe some http links will arrive soon.
A family receives a new handicap accessible home to accommodate their disabled child, leaving behind a dilapidated house which is in danger of collapse.

Oh, thats easy to answer. In the US, poor people have as many kids as they can because the government sends them a check every month for each kid they have.
The more kids you have, the more checks you get.

There are some poor people of other races besides Africans. In my part of the country, the hispanics are very poor.

It’s not a problem of having more kids than they should, its about having more kids than they can afford.
Everyone can have as many kids as they want, you just have to work hard enough to support them all. Its all about getting people up off their asses and going to work every day.
If they cant afford them, then obviouslly they have more kids than they should have.

I think the episode is labeled according to the previous releases of this season.
If you check, the episodes are in order based off a pre db, just not on tvrage.
As you know, many times tvrage and the scene choice of episode number don’t match.
