I worked as an extra in this movie,my one and only time in front of the camera’s,of course I was only 12 at the time but I still remember every bit of it and can spot myself on screen after Arthur pulls the sword from the stone !

This is one of the greatest movies of all time….
King Auther, knights, sword fighting, sorcery.
Merlin was the best.. Love the chrome dome…..
I own 2 copies of the original VHS (fullscreen).. ..
One copy is still shrinkwrapped…

This release seems tobe in wide screen.. So cheers.. I’m gonna be getting this as well….

I was 16 when this movie came out and I told my parents I was going to the movies to see something else and instead we had a friend that was looked older that bought all of us tickets for Excalibur.

We were a bunch of giggly teenage boys when we saw Helen Mirren partially naked; oh she was beautiful then and when you are 16, she was heaven!!
