FRAY bring us the new album from New Zealand band Evermore who are now based in Melbourne, Australia. Some of you may recognize one of their more popular songs “Light Surrounding You” as it was the theme song on original promo trailer for the TV show Jericho (Well atleast it was in Australia). This album looks like its mostly a compilation of their biggest hits judging from the tracklist but there are 2-3 new songs there too that havent been on previous albums.

Evermore is self-titled international debut album by New Zealand rock band Evermore, which will also be released in Australia and NZ on 12 March 2010. The album is a collection of songs from the band’s entire history, as well as three new songs including the single “Underground”. The first single “Underground” was released to radio in late January 2010 and later as a digital download on 19 February 2010. The Australian and New Zealand release of the album will come packaged with a limited edition DVD, featuring a live performance from the band filmed at the O2 Arena in London. The DVD also includes documentary footage of the band travelling around Europe with American pop singer P!nk. The Irish and United Kingdom release of the album contains 3 remixes as bonus tracks which are available from the Irish and UK iTunes store.

    @22 If you’ve never heard of Evermore and you live in New Zealand you must be one of the most musically ignorant people I’ve ever heard of.

    Songs like Light Surrounding You, Running, It’s Too Late have played on the radio stations so often you must listen to Newstalk all day.
