Everlast – Love, War, and the Ghost of Whitey Ford (2008)

Today, the new Everlast album hit the net, in a scene rip. This has been floating around as a P2P for a few days, but alas, scene is what we provide. I haven’t listened to this, but don’t mind a lot of his older stuff, from his days in House of Pain, to his solo blues-rock. So check this out if it seems like your thing.

Everlast first broke onto the music scene in the early-’90s as part of the Irish-American frat-boy rappers of House Of Pain (who scored a monster hit with “Jump Around”). He launched a solo career after the outfit split in the middle of the decade. Doing a complete stylistic about-face, Everlast reinvented himself as a rock-rap everyman, merging the lyrical folk-rock tales of Bob Dylan and Neil Young with trip-hop beats and finding success on his own, scoring one of the biggest modern rock hits of the 1990s with “What It’s Like.”

    especially if you are so offended by ads

    believe me it is really THAT good that im alway shocked when i see sites i browse often on someones pc who uses ie7 or safari for example

    i must admit
    without adblocking software visiting most websites would be unbearable for me…
