A popular British pop artist Estelle releases a new album Shine and you can already download it from the scene thanks to group RAGEMP3. The single “American Boy” feat. Bringing a unique blend of hip-hop, pop, reggae and soul, singer/ songwriter/producer/ rapper, estelle is set to release her new album “shine”. Tracks include “magnificent”, a booming dancehall party jam produced by mark ronson featuring kardinal offishall, “wait a minute (just a touch)” featuring will.i.am. And the funk-infused first single “american boy”. Featuring collaborations with kanye west, swizz beatz, wyclef jean, will.i.am, mark ronson and cee-lo & jack splash, “shine” was executively produced by john legend. Named as one of rolling stones ‘top 10 artists to watch for 2008′.

Now based in Brooklyn and chummy with the likes of John Legend (who makes a creamy-voiced appearance on You Are), the Londoner has constructed something lovable in Shine. Equal parts reggae, pop and hip-hop, it’s stuffed with potential singles - the Fugees-style No Substitute Love and the Barry White tribute In the Rain are nigh-on irresistible. It’s fairly lightweight - well, apart from Wait a Minute’s think-before-you-have-sex theme - and, thanks to its phalanx of American producers, incredibly glossy. But so is the similar and equally delicious Rihanna, so go and indulge.

    It’s already a couple of days online… I’ve noticed the NewTorrents.info music section is almost the same as http://mp3nova.org/ ! It looks like a fake site, but it’s all scene music. Once NewTorrents is earlier, the other day it’s mp3nova. Great site! (Both ;))

    sky - no it’s not.

    Noone in Britain likes her that much! She’s very annoying. Especially that song with Canine Waste, American Boy.

    Sample lyric - “Take me to New York, i want to see LA” Ahem, not from New York you won’t love!!

    Just awful. You have far better stuff on your own shores.
