Hello there, Team ZWT brings us something really useful in HTML and 32bit program editing for windows PC. It’s a really good replacment for your typical notepad that comes packed with Windows.

EditPlus is a text editor, HTML editor and programmers editor for Windows. While it can serve as a good Notepad replacement, it also offers many powerful features for Web page authors and programmers.
EditPlus supports powerful and customizable syntax highlighting for HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, Perl, C/C++, Java, JavaScript and VBScript by default. Also, you can create your own syntax file to support other programming languages.

Seamless Web browser for previewing HTML pages, and FTP commands for uploading local files to FTP server. Other features include HTML toolbar, user tools, line number, ruler, URL highlighting, auto-completion, cliptext, column selection, powerful search and replace, multiple undo/redo, spell checker, customizable keyboard shortcuts, and more.

    I have been working with EditPlus for quite a while, but I found an open source alternative: Notepad++: http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm

    Notepad++ can piss off imo. EditPlus is so good I’ve even paid for it(!), which makes this release ever so redundant for me. Free upgrades ftw! ;)

    Bugs16: this is not a WYSIWYG editor, and its not HTML only, its a more general editor

    Dreamweaver is great for making table layouts and such, but when it comes to actually writing code in any language PHP, Perl, C+, C#, SBScript, etc…. Edit Plus is my choice forever.
