i am 37 years old and was only introduced to Eros Ramazzotti this year,,,,my god what i have been missing, i love his music, i have his rome concert on dvd. i only wish he would do a concert in SA i would give one of my limbs to see him in concert.

This guy is probably the best italian singer alive and said thanks for the italian food. Imagine if we have to eat pasta and cheese cooked in a microwave everyday ?

I am an American and have followed Eros’s career 10 or more years. Someone tell me just who “the best” is?? No matter who you are the “best” is who YOU like the most. Crazy world!!! So I get a voice about MY best. Thank you Eros for music that has inspired me, held me strong in tough times and made me feel incredibly wonderful things. Sing to me anytime in Italian. e2 will be in my hands in a few days. Sweet!!!!! So WHOEVER you are, just be quiet, be still and enjoy who YOU like best. Its just the way of the world. Everybody talks too much. Slow down.

I agree completely with Caroline. I’m from Denmark and have been a fan of Eros since 1990 and he is just getting better and better. I went to one of his concerts in 2006 and he was absolutely fantastic.

OK let’s get this right. E2 the album was released on 26th October, the single Non Siamo Soli with Ricky Martin was released prior to this and has been top of the charts all over Europe!!! This man writes both the lyrics and the music and is a fantastic musician. He looks fantastic andhis voice is like chocolate – it draws you in and before too long you are addicted!
It doesn’t matter he records in Italian that adds to it. I’m English and in my opinion (and those of thousands of others) he is the best!!!!

I understand many do not enjoy his music and that’s fine…I go through that everytime I play his music (my spouse is not very fond of him). I did have the pleasure of seeing him live in a concert and whether you like his music or not you will agree that his is a VERY talented musician if you ever have the chance to experience it. Absolutely my favorite singer! Great lyrics, music, and production. A little bit of world knowledge goes a long way…be open to all and you will live life.

Eros isn’t the best singer in the world – and he knows it but his writing, producing and style add up to an awesome package.

He makes great, accessible music that is a touch easy on the ear but nonetheless displays a mighty talent of European music and deserving of all the success and awards that his long career has brought him.

I’m looking forward to his new album and a chance to hear some of his classic songs revisited and/or remastered.
