I wrote, directed, and produced this movie. So if you want to know who you're stealing from when you download it without paying…it's me.
The movie is available for sale at http://www.entrylevelthemovie.com . Why don't you just buy it instead of ripping off the people who made the film?
In regards to #18, this is not a movie I would generally pay to watch, without seeing if I liked it first – in other words, without any exposure to it, I wouldn't ever be interested. However, if I watched and liked it, I could possibly not only buy it, but interest others in it. As an artist, shouldn't that be a good thing?

Dear Moviewatcher (#19)
As an artist, I like having more people watch my film. However, I worked for over a year to create ENTRY LEVEL and I and others invested a lot of time and money into creating it an making it the best film we could. Having people download the film for free instead of buying it makes it more difficult, if not impossible, for me and other independent filmmakers to continue making films.
Also, don't you think that as the owner, I should have some say about whether it is ripped and broadcast worldwide? The DVD hasn't even been officially released yet. What's more, I seem to be having very little effect in getting the film removed from the various pirate servers.
I think that people who steal movies like this try to ease their consciences by pretending that it's a victimless crime. But it isn't. They also try to say that it's just big studios who are losing a few cents here and there. But that isn't the case with this film. ENTRY LEVEL did well at film festivals, but the reality of film distribution is that the only opportunity for the filmmakers to actually recoup any investment is via the DVD sales.
Perhaps some people like you actually will purchase the DVD after watching it, but I believe that the vast majority will not, regardless of whether they like the film. That's probably why people don't buy movie tickets on the way out of the theater.
It's a good film. Come to the web site and see what people have written about it. Then if you're interested in watching, buy the DVD and see it in full quality.

Douglas,
it's good to hear from you. I look forward to downloading and watching this film, please try to look on the bright side, if it's any good you could make a name for yourself as more people will see the film through downloading it than would ever randomly buy it direct from you.
I am one of the people who justifies watching films like this online because I would NEVER pay to see it in the theatres or randomly buy it without seeing it first. So you are losing no revenue from me seeing it online. You were NEVER going to get my money.
If it's any good I will do my best to promote it for you, by burning it to DVD and selling copies on my market stall.
@Douglas Horn: I went to your website to check out the reviews and whatnot. I left after 12 seconds due to the fact there was no way to turn off the awful music on your site. Since I can't tolerate your website to order the movie, I am going to download it for FREE via the links on this site (a site with no music)
#23 – There's a red speaker icon at the lower right part of the Flash frame for turning off the music. Also, you may be the lucky owner of a computer with a volume control or mute button. They're popular features these days.
#22 – funny.
I have no illusions that I can convince everyone to be reasonable. There will always be thieves in the world. So I'll sign off by requesting that anyone who wouldn't steal from a store or mug someone in an alley, please do not download this film. It's the same thing to me. …The guy you're robbing.
The film is available online or in stores for a reasonable fee. It's also on Netflix–add it to you queue.

Thank you.
Hey Douglas Horn this movie is a straight to 5$ bin at your local Walmart. If you really want your 5 dollars you can come over and blow me for it.
As for the movie it looks like something to watch well WoW servers are down this rainy Tuesday morn. So I will. Hopefully the movie isn't worth the 3 movies for 5$ bin.
I'll let you know. =)
