    The extracted image is unreadable. Can be mounted (Daemon Tools), can be burned (ImgBurn), but both result is a “Drive not found”. Maybe it is a MAC only piece (I a under Windows XP)? Total Commander shows pure emptiness in the ISO file.

    for who doesnot mounted or burn the disc and found readable error,

    this is DMG file follow these steps

    1.install magiciso software.
    2.open this image from file menu
    3.open properties and uncheck “hfs apple hfs+
    4. and select iso9660 udf ,juliet ok
    5.now save as iso or burn directly to dvd

    I tried friend’s solution (thanks) using MagicISO, managed to install Britannica 2010 however with errors in installation. In vista the error reads “Starer MFC Application stopped working”. Seems to be an internal problem. I recommend one waits for fixes or something.

    I used friend’s (@35) fix which enables you to mount the image and install it but going through the install log a warning comes up:

    Copy Folder: Destination: C:\Program Files (x86)\Britannica 10.0\Ultimate Reference Suite\data\
    Status: WARNING
    Additional Notes: WARNING – There was a problem copying H:\data\IMAGE_DATA

    the file x:\data\IMAGE_DATA\imagedb\IMAGE\lobs\CACHE_VALUE (~1.1gb) is corrupt on the image

    posting a non-corrupt version of this file and re-creating the image should fix this prob

    and cheers for the up will wait for the proper

    Used UltraIso to mount, installed on WinXP ..but with errors. Unusable installation.
    What a crock of Sh*t.
    Gimme back my Bandwidth HotIso
    Best to give this a wide berth.

    hey guyz
    this is working well without any problems, just extract the image file content (the broken image that gives an error in %99.9) to your hard disk with Magic ISO and don’t pay attention to those three folders that can’t be extracted and install it. it works fine and well.

    Tried to save with joliet, installed but log gives 1 issue and the installed application do not working, I selected full option

    I will try extracting files and install that way
