Marshall Bruce Mathers III (born October 17, 1972), known by his primary stage name Eminem, or by his alter ego Slim Shady, is an American rapper, record producer and actor who has sold over 75 million albums worldwide. Eminem quickly gained popularity in 1999 with his major-label debut album The Slim Shady LP, which won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. The following album, The Marshall Mathers LP, became the fastest-selling hip hop album in history. It brought Eminem increased popularity, including his own record label, Shady Records, and brought his group project D12 to mainstream recognition.
The Marshall Mathers LP and his third album, The Eminem Show, also won Grammy Awards, and in 2002, he won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for a song in the film 8 Mile, in which he also played the lead. Eminem then went on hiatus after touring in 2005. He released his first album since 2004, Relapse, on May 15, 2009. Eminem had sold more than 75 million albums worldwide before the release of Relapse. Relapse sold over 1,000,000 copies after the first four weeks of release.[citation needed] Eminem’s net worth has been estimated at more than $100,000,000 (USD)

it's quite funny with the commercials viewed on this page. Since they are pointed at my country (simple spyware), the curency should be in DKK, not in euro. Looking at the price, it's clearly ment to be in DKK, but it says euro, making all the prices 7,58 times higher then they should. I don't think anyone will buy cameras and lcd screens at a price more then 7 times the normal *G* Just a hint to the one being in charge of these banners. Imagine giving app 150.000 DKK for a flatscreen?

It was a good start for him in the beginning but then he stated to think he is some kind of living legend which he obviously was not. So he started to attack other legends like Elvis and MJ (along with some other worthy to be ridiculed characters) in his childish rhymes which are not as smart and sharp anymore like they used to be. Now he is nothing but a had been. And it does not seem like he can start it all over again.

in fairness to eminem, on Slim Shady LP, he did say:
"now how in the fu(k am I supposed to get out of debt? I can't rap anymore; I just murdered the alphabet"
so he did call it in 1999
he's still better than 90% any of the other trash. excluding Nas for smoked out philosophy, Jay-Z for flow, and Luda for fun. Eminem for ridiculous hilarity.
