Need For Speed ProStreet Update 1.1-BAT
Here is the new cracked patch for EA’s hitseries Need For Speed. The only thing it does as far as I know is adding LAN support. Makes me question why they didn’t put that in the game in the first place, but nice that we can still have it, eh?

This patch adds LAN (Local Area Network) play to the
PC version of Need for Speed ProStreet.
LAN Play Overview:
This patch introduces multiplayer game play in a
standalone LAN environment. Up to 32 games of 2-8
players per game are supported.
The patch has two components:
- Updated ProStreet game client
- New ProStreet LAN Server
IMPORTANT:
- ProStreet PC LAN Game Server is a separate
application that must be started before attempting
to use LAN Play.
- Run one server only per LAN. Only one ProStreet PC
LAN Game Server is required per LAN. Each server
can host up to 32 games.
Meant to also contain a booster pack containing new maps and cars (not 100% confirmed). It is reported that the following cars have been added.
Aston Martin DB9, Aston Martin DBR9, Audi R8, Bugatti Veyron 16.4, Dodge Challenger Concept, Honda S2000, Koenigsegg CCX, Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, Lancia Delta Integrale Evo, McLaren F1, Mercedes SL65 AMG, Plymouth Road Runner, Porsche 911 GT3, Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Porsche Carrera GT and Seat Leon Cupra.
This patch add 2 new tracks & 2 cars(14 new to buy). Also better optimization on AMD processors.
Does anyone know if this is out for PS3 ? I have HDMI on my monitor screen and so with my slow computer I think this would be the better plan.
Where does it say better optimizations for AMD cpus?

Lan play – nice. Would have been nicer if they released a patch that actually fixed the game first so my lan pc’s can actually run it.

the patch is also meant to optimize certain hardware configurations for better performance as the pc release was receiving horrible performance on platforms that used nvidia, ati cards, intel and amd chips.
i dont know why they just outlined they added lan support but there are several other fixes attached with this patch.

Removing lan play would be to limit copying of the game at the early release, i.e stop people downloading and playing over Hamachi.

This and Juiced 2 were both looking good untill they were released. Thank gawd I didn’t rely on just demos…

The PS3 version works fine… no glitches so far and I’m 50% in career mode… PCs are for strategy games and 1st person shooters, not racing games…
Will this update with the new cars be available for the PS3?
Haha… you got it backwards… console are not for FPSs and RTS\TBSs… PCs are for everything… I think we all know where everything is born and what platform is the more open endend one…

please let me know how can i install this game, i just run the nfs exe file but message appear that ” no cd/dvd rom drive found” , wht should i do ,please let me know.

to #38 “Sho” I’ve had that problem with a few games, has to do with your software not detecting the disc in the drive, you need a no-cd crack try running without the disk in the drive first just using the no-cd crack if that doesnt work use the crack and put the disk in, I don’t bootleg games but i always use no-cd cracks so i only ever take my game disk out of the case to install, nothin worse than breaking the game disk…
Futhurmore, yes the patch nuked the master code, why? I don’t know, I mean yeah cheating isn’t sportsman like, but its a bloody video game not the olympics and its not like you can use the cheats online for any sort of an advantage, they just basically ruined an aspect of the game, thats all. although the new cars are a bit of a nice addition…

Installed the update. Works fine without any errors/crashes. But how do I use my career profile cars for lan play? Or is that not possible?
Yeah, my career cars won’t load either, just that Nissan 240POS.
