Eden Log 2007 720p BluRay x264-Japhson
Group Japhson just released a 2007 French mysterious movie named “Eden Log” in 720p BluRay Rip. Never heard of this one before, but judging from the plot. it seems interesting enough for me to give it a try. The audio is French, and English sub is contained. Enjoy!
PLOT: A man wakes up naked, deep in a dark cave. He’s cold, in mud, and has no idea what brought him here, nor what happened to the dead man next to him. Around him, darkness and ruins of an ancient underground world, haunted by phantoms of an obsolete technology and by terrible, wild creatures chasing him. To find out who he is, Tolbiac (Clovis Cornillac) will have to get to the surface, through this strange network of galleries, abandoned by a mysterious organization called “Eden Log”.

Don’t listen to the haters, this movie is awesome. Yes, it’s not a shoot em up action flick and people who think the latest Transporter or Bond is the height of cinematic glory may not enjoy it, but I did.
It’s a moody, artistic sci-fi film with interesting concepts and plot and beautiful, unnerving scenery. Definitely worth a watch.

It’s an interesting and entertaining movie. But if all you want is action, then this is probably not a movie for you. It’s worth the download imo.

Very stylish and good atmosphere in the beginning, but soooo boring. Does it actually have a real ending, or maybe I just doze off too early… U wait and hope that there’s more to come, but there isn’t.
It had a really decisive and amazing ending (both visually and conceptually), actually. generally speaking, falling asleep is not a good way to catch the end of a film. You should try one with more explosions next time I guess.

Actually, it is too artistic for a lot of people, I agree that it wants to show some respect for the nature and our environment which surrounds us. It’s so controversial that it wants to reach the watcher, but fails at this very point, because the film tries it fundamentally wrong.
The storytelling of this movie is BAD, because it gives you the information and story in a way like a deaf-mute, without hands and any abilities to communicate. So I can only recommend it for the people who have a lot of time to waste and have a masohistic character.
But of course there are other folks who can enjoy it. Really. Those who are convincing their friends to watch this and wants them to suffer…

Not sure how you can describe a film with as much blatant exposition and explanation as this one “deaf-mute”. Perhaps the first half hour could be analogized as such, since the main character is brain-damaged, amnesiac, and completely alone at the start of the film… but if you aren’t willing to spot a film a half hour, well, there are plenty of movies made for the ADD demographic.
if it really was any good then it would have got a higher scoe on imdb i suppose

Would you reccommend this movie for everyone, seriously? Don’t you think it just needs some kind of “very special taste” to appreciate it’s values? You can interpret “very special taste” in any way as you please.
I am sure that someone really enjoyed this movie, like you, but the rest of humanity is simply just ineligible to understand this movie, because they are too much into this action-horror-sex-drugs-killeachother style of movies.
But maybe, JUST maybe there are some intelligent human beings who saw the whole movie and said “This hadn’t worth my time”.
So, the conclusion is, you don’t have to be part of the “ADD demographic” to dislike this movie. But that is just my opinion.
