Earwarming headphones for tough Winter

The approaching Winter is an ideal time to sell some season goods, and retailers know it best. These $30 Lobz™ Audio Ear Warmers (eshop) should protect you against cold and as a bonus, play some music. I wouldn’t expect too much from such a headphones (yeah, Koss is slightly different category), but the idea of listening to music while you are riding some Super G seems to be quite cool. There are no extras like Bluetooth or anything else, just pure cable leading to your mp3 player . The look also isn’t somehow stylish, but who cares when there’s -20°C outside…

lol, pretty cool, might consider getting one, but it’s summer over here in Australia, so what’s the point =P
yet nobody stops to think that, isnt this exactly what normal propper headphones do? im from norway so i know cold, and yes.. it is exactly what normal headphones do..unless these are protected from the cold and the wet then they are just another set of freaking headphones.
only thing different is that they actualy figured out that keeping somehting over your ears keeps em warm, it isnt so much the padding as it is pushing your ears against your head that makes them warm though.
anyway good marketing gimic.
Damn are Martin just a Koss freak or what? There are many headphones better than koss heh
But yeah koss ksc-75 kicks ass, the sound is cool to that low price, but hey try a BeyerDynamic DT880, then you will dream, and after you have listenet too those you will think that even Koss PRO 4AAT sucks heh
I stay with my Sennheisers…
One wouldn’t need an “ear warming” headphone to survive this winter if one can afford a house with decent isolation.
Koss? good? you got to be kidding.
i’ll stick with my Ultimate Ears.
Koss sucks, and i also stay with my ER6i heh, and my Grado ms-1 heh
And my Grado HP-1, HP-2 and my HP-3 heh
