DVDRip DooM [5th of July '08]
Well, I didn’t know what else to call this, so I went with something which sounds like its straight out of a game show or something. Since a lot of rather unknown DVDRips were released today (today depending on which timezone you’re in), it’s a lot easier to throw them all together into one post, so here we go.

Movies and Tango? Somehow this reminds me of Jennifer Lopez and Richard Gere. Not sure if thats a good thing or not. In any case, VoMiT bring the low budget films like usual. The genre on IMDB says this is a Thriller, but the synopsis clearly states it as a comedy/drama, so I suppose you can expect a bit from every angle.
A dark comedy / drama of a womans decent into maddness by love. Family and loved ones try to save her but but are sucked into the maddness with her. Greek tragedy mixed with farce tells this tale of passion love and lust.
Valentina’s (Guillermina Quiriga) precarious mental state hangs in the balance as this film about love and obsession unfolds. The unfortunate Valentina finds some relief by dancing the tango, but her delusional mindset threatens to engulf her as she becomes dangerously fixated on her husband.

Here’s something in a completely different tone from the film above. Its Christian Comedy, which sounds like hell to me. Its a tour with several different standup comedians in the USA. The description of the film just makes it seem like a nightmare, but the guy who’s workin’ the sample pulls a pretty decent joke about a tornado. Everyone needs a bit of standup comedy every once in a while. If you want some truly funny stuff, I recommend getting stuff like Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran, Eddie Izzard and so on, but then again I’m a sucker for British comedy. Enjoy.

Planted.Evidence.2008.PROPER.DVDRip.XviD-VoMiT
DOMiNO release of this film (Planted Evidence 2008 STV DVDRip XviD-DOMiNO) was nuked for unneeded ivtc, so here is a proper from VoMiT. All in all this seems to be a horrible film. It was described as “Brainless” by a reviewer on IMDB and has a 3.3 rating. Needless to say I don’t think many people will be getting this one, but do watch the trailer, its pretty hilarious.
Six partners of a firm discover the dead body of an associate the morning after their weekly card game. Panicked and with no clue as to who could have committed the murder, they decide to bury the body in order to keep the secret between them and ensuring that nobody will have to take the fall. To their shock, they are soon contacted by a mysterious stranger – who possesses a videotape of the burial – and become the targets of a diabolical extortion plot.

When I first saw this release, I thought to myself “Hey this looks pretty interesting”, but then I discovered the fact that its narrated by Sean Penn and I just got angry. Can Hollywood douchebags like Sean Penn please stay clear of Politics? AC3 audio and English subs included in release.
