    Don't know about the rest of you, but I've tried multiple versions, but all the cracks get detected as a virus – Virut.Z – via AVG.

    Gonna have to wait for a real crack that doesn't carry a payload.

    That's a false positive. There is no Virut.Z in the cracked .exe.

    Run it through virustotal or jotti if you're worried.

    Sorry bum steer! Would seem that you have to unzip each winzip file individually as they are not an archive, then unrar in the usual way.
