Yup, you’re right. But if i remember DVDShrink is no longer developed, the last version was from 2004, so it’s a “little” outdated. Sometimes DVDShrink can’t handle some new types of copy protection.
Pretty happy with Slysoft CloneDVD.

i like ripit4me. it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it.
I prefer DVDDecrypter which is WAY faster than 2-3 hours if you just want to clone a DVD…

This program will do the job, but it is a rip off of older software. It only works right about 80% of the time. The best software for DVD cloning is CLONEDVD2, which is superfast and offers unbeatable quality.
i use dvd fab decrypter to rip and nero recode to burn.
the guys who wrote dvd shrink actually went on to work for nero and wrote recode, so you know it’s good.
@Jason, where can I read about that ? About the guys from DVD Shrink going to work on Nero ?

This looks very cheap, especially the interface and even the promo guy (with the sunglasses) looks like he needs some surgery. This is one of those posts that needs a little more input from the poster, not just the description from the box.
Still, I’ll stick to CloneDVD.
Nothing beats anydvd and 1click dvd copy pro. these are the best I have used, never had a problem with any dvd copy.
I use Magic DVD copy, very good!

actually i have used this before its not a bad program and takes much less time than the stated 2-3 hours it usually takes

I think it’s sad that someone actually sat down and designed that interface, thinking it looked good. Sure it might be fairly simple to use (which I guess is what counts in the end), but it looks like shite.
Based on that screenshot alone I would never touched this.

The best dvd movie copy software is by far dvdfab platinum. You don’t need anydvd to strip the copyright, dvdfab does that for you. Plus, it is extremely fast at shrinking the movie and the quality is better than any other program i have tried, and i’ve tried almost everything. Clonedvd2 caused my movies to skip on playback. Dvdshrink is good, but it’s slow and the quality isn’t as good as dvdfab platinum. Trust me, once you go dvdfab, you don’t go back.

Use DVD decrypter to strip that bitch of her mac & css (bra & panties) then use what ever tools you have,TMPGEnc & BeSweet (We all hit it a little different) To get the job done!

Just tried to back up my Heroes of Might & Magic V using DVD Cloner 4.6.924, and guess what, it didn’t deal with Securom. Additionally I backed up a copy of a DVD Movie in 12 mins the first time (fantastic I thought) & then when I tried to repeat it with the same movie, it said it was going to take 2 hours????? Figured I would go back to ANYDVD and Nero but then it told me I had a driver error for my video card. Something about DVD Cloner just doesn’t smell right……..
