vPlug and ProgDVB both work well, support europe providers, will autoroll Dish/BEV (in CONUS/GWN), AND are FREE

I’ve been using ProgDVB for my skystar2 for a while, it’s free simple and awesome record quality with Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder.
