This is one great program, highly recommended, I found 1000’s of Duplicated documents, thankfully they have now been deleted!

@27 I don’t need this app. So I’m not going to risk installing it, but it sounds like you don’t have it cracked properly. That is probably the trial limitation. It shows you the dupe files but will not auto-delete them.

The “crack” is a virus (marioworld.exe) – it is extremely unpleasent, especially if you’re on a network. Stay away.
RLSLOG Admin should have this removed immediately.

Nope, I’m still trying to repair the damage (no kidding!). Feel free to go ahead and run the program, that’ll be proof enough. You’ll find a nice copy of marioforever.exe (sorry, misposted as “marioworld”) on every network share. While I understand no one from RLSLOG can test everything before posting I would expect someone to take a closer look by now and remove this trojan.
This does not work. Running win XP. Looks like a good program but the crack does not work. Anyone have a reg code or a working crack for this program?

can’t copy or move the “crack” once i’ve unpacked it, keep on getting warnings…
come to your own conclusions, but i don’t think this is one of the best cracks out there…
(and i’m sure there’s free software floating about that will do the job just as well)
antivir (latest update may 29, ‘08 av def) detected “agent.nnk” malware. well, i just say download at your own risk.

Heres a dumb question. With everyone going back and forth saying, “Its a virus” and “no its not, your antivirus software is catching bla bla bla and sucks” (which i agree, alot of antivirus software does cause false over protective parania).. Why when I went to dupe protectors site did they not even have a version 6.3? Or 6.2 for that matter?

NOD32 found No virii at all, and NOD32 is a good scanner unlike AVG.
Still I won’t install it since I don’t need it, I just wanted to download it to check.

So I have found that the basic problem that most people are having is the same is mine. The crack does not work or one of various AV programs say it is a virus of mallware. I have run it through several programs and keep getting the same thing, crack is bad, program is fine but a trial. To stop this just sent a keygen that works, a password that works or anther crack of the program. There is an obvious problem with the crack for most people.
Help us out people. If this program is crap suggest another program with a good crack or keygen that does work that does the same thing as this program.

Me too. No virus, but crack doesn’t work. Too bad because I like how it finds dupes with plenty of options.
“Easy Duplicate Finder” is a free and good program. Only bad thing is: you can’t save your search results (like “DubeChecker”) and the default search mask is pretty small (*.mp3; *.jpg and *.*).
