yeah i agree. the only way to get this to work is to use the crack by nope as well. It can be found here:

after installing this and replacing the .exe’s, using NOPE’s crack from the 4.0.3009 release works a charm. also works if you have NOPE’s version installed first and upgrade to this one… this release by itself is not cracked though.

Nice line graph rather than the spiky ones every other meter uses. Also records upload and download totals since the last reboot and for the month. Completely free and perfectly stable. A whopping 257K.
