Although I haven't re-installed windows & restored my drivers, I've had no problems with my laptop so far. I used it to update then on Vista x64 SP1 (which has been running beautiful after I turned off all useless junk...like aero, etc) and it ruined my kernel32.dll file and after a system restore did nothing but reboot. I attribute it to this program as I hadn't installed ANYTHING or downloaded anything at all- no other factors. Keep in mind I do this as my profession- build/repair/maintain computers/networks. Junk. Junk. Junk. Get driver agent. Can't afford it? Split the account with a friend or ten. Skip this and Driver Genie. Junk.
