Saw some of your comments about Scotland and noticed some of you want to know how the English are arrongant well

A- They continually bleat on about the midlothian question even though their own MP’S admit that Scotlands Oil and Gas and whisky make far more money for England than we get back and are the two biggest money earners in your economy.

B- The press is amazingly one sided Scotland wins a big football match there is some press coverage but if an English team win there is huge press coverage for days and you get big parades. Same goes for pretty much everything else with the news.

C- You continually bleat about how Scottish MP’S can vote on English only mtters when English MP’S have no say on Scotland well that is untrue you have complete control over reserved matters like defence and immigration and Ignore the fact that Scottish MP’S don’t represent Scotland they represent the main parties in Westminister. You also ignore the fact that Scotland got the poll tax a full year before England and at one point Maggie Thatcher ot NO votes in Scotland but we were stuck with her as you English voted her in.

D- You’re football fans unlike Scotlands reputation are well known for being knife weilding booze fuelled thugs who create chaos and mayhem wherever they go. At the Rangers match in Manchester I was there and I’ll tell you many of the troublemakers had english accents and were there to stir up trouble and yet this was only commented on in small aricle in newspapers and recieved no mention in the national news.

now on to Xenophobia-

A- The English press is highly racist for example Kelvin MacKenzie is held in hihg regard by many despite being a staunch anti-scot bigot.

B- You continually go on about how Westminister is run by Scots e.g. Gordon Brown/Alastair Darling etc and are outright racist when your press suggests that only English born men should be allowed into positions of authority in Westminister.

There is much much more I could comment on but this’ll do for now

This is a great movie but like loads of others here found.. the audio is sh*t! allthough its still watchable had a fiddle around with the equaliser which made it a bit better but the background noise seems to be louder than the actors talking and its extremely flat ive had cams with much better sounds quality lol but nevermind what can you expect for FREE!! lol

Yes,YES. Sound is very from within a tin can style but I sat glued to the screen for every minute. Picture quality very good though.

The word amazed at some of the CGI and impressed by the level of credibility the acting and Mad max style action gave this film. Just watch the film – dont plan on moving to get a beer during the film!

(This review is from a Scottish point of view so be gentle!)

Just my thoughts after watching this :

1) It’s not a dreadful film but it’s way below average.
Coming from the guy who made the excellent Dog Soldiers & The Descent, this is a serious step in the wrong direction.

The story is poor, the acting is generally sub-standard (Rhona Mitra looks lovely but her acting ability leaves a lot to be desired) and the action scenes are un-exciting and badly edited.
In particular, the final car-chase/action scene is a very poor rip-off of the end of Mad Max 2 (amongst other problems, the vehicles look like they’re moving at about 5km per hour…).

2) The audio on this release is very bad.
Guns sound incredibly tinny and conversations can be hard to hear even during quiet moments.
When the action scenes get into full-flow and the music soundtrack cranks up, the sound is so messy that it almost gave me a headache…

In conclusion : A below-average film made worse by the poor audio.
Still, better than about 80% of the stuff posted on here (this site isn’t exactly renowned for posting mostly good quality, critically acclaimed movies after all !).

I’m sure plenty of un-demanding teens would get a kick out of this film.

perfect pic quality but unfortunatly it is infact Cam audio quality .
video 9/10

please fix Audio somebody it spoils movie with such terrible audio and such excellent pic quality.
This is R5 type pic but Cam type audio .
thanxxs for RS links but this is not a pure R5 release.
i will wait for better audio on this one.
