Hi guys. Actually i didn’t want to post about this release, since it got nuked instantly after pre due to the audio quality, which is REALLY BAD (Video on the other side is great!), but Martin told me to give it a shot. So here I go, this movie looks very interesting since I am into this Sci-Fi stuff :) Btw. everybody who thinks that girl from the samples is hot, say “w00t”. “Enjoy!”

Synopsis: After a deadly plague results in the quarantine of the entire country of Scotland (in a scene reminiscent of I AM LEGEND), a wall is built around the country preventing anyone from going in or out. Thirty years later, the British government believes everyone within the wall to be dead, but when they find signs of life and learn of the possibility of a cure, a team of specially trained agents led by Eden Sinclair become the first outsiders to venture inside the country since the epidemic. They discover that there are plenty of survivors who have splintered into fierce, warlike tribes, living in a lawless society where cannibalism and murder are the order of the day.

    Video is a 8 but audio is a 4 due to it being cam sourced. Hollow, no bass, terrible. Watchable if you really need to see it but the rest of us can wait for the inevitable proper.

    Unless you want them to translate the russian and voice dub the movie, you are going to have to deal with CAM audio. Has nothing to do with being rushed.

    There are other releases with better audio. One is a 2-CD release. I believe it’s a P2P group, so I won’t say it here,so search for it yourself.

    @ 26,34 & 36 no matter who’s name is on it. There are all the same. Some AVI, some rar, some bin cue……but they are all the same cam audio. Believe me I checked. So suck it up or wait for a better copy.

    i dont know why everyone will jump on reviewing a cam, but has a problem with this audio… sounded ok… just not great… its still an a descent quality copy, and isnt that why we come here?

    @43 - Kingben rls is sh!t. Wicked video but the audio is crap. No bass, sounds like someone cranked up the treble on the EQ and left it. I skimmed thru it - looks great but sounds horrible. I’m against cam releases b/c they are a waste of time so I’m gonna sit out a day or two until a PROPER pops my RSS cherry :)

    I downloaded DOOMSDAY.2008.R5.DVDSCR.XVID-TDX. 2 days ago and its a 2CD “release.” I thought the video was great but the audio wasn’t so hott, but I think the TDX release is the best I’ve seen so far. If anyone wants the links let me know Ill try uploading them. .pc.

    Loved this movie. Guys its movie that makes you say “WTF”. Love the Gimp, dude dressed in black rubber suit without eye holes as a pet, and having your dcapitated girlfriend driving shotgun. OK tried everything to make audio sound better. Play with mixer in ffdshow config properties.

    If anyone is thinking of getting this, think again.
    The audio is actually that bad. Sounds like your in a box or something. The rain sounds like tinfoil … putting it lightly. Look for the 2CD release. ;)

    all those asking how bad the audio is….just take a minute of your time and download the sample….everyone has a difference of opinions but that audio indeed sucks.

    i think i’ll pass on this like i did on vantage point.

    Why don’t you guys just download it and fix the audio yourself? That’s what I do just get something like Magix Music Maker put the video in the arranger and add bass or audio clean up and put it in the mastering suite it’s not perfect but it does make it sound alot better.

    Why cant they just remove the speech with audio editing software and then just extract and add the english speech from the line audio(when it comes out) for a superior sounding track.
