The site may be rubbish, but it has advertisements pasted all over it. I know someone who owns a very popular "Domain name" (he's not a nice person, so i won't give him free advertisement) he does nothing with it, the site is basically empty except for a few ads, and he makes 2k a month from it. So basically... he makes 2K a month for doing NOTHING. I own 3 sites, and only update them once a month. All together i make just under 1k a month. It's a real nice monthly bonus.
