Dog Tags 2008 DVDRiP XViD-DiNA
It’s not that common to see a movie and be able to tell it will suck just after checking the plot and the poster, but I’m afraid it’s the case of drama Dog Tags released by group DiNA. It’s not a VoMiT’s type bottom of the barrel, but don’t expect too much.
Emotionally daring and bristling with powerful performances, Dog Tags explores the cost of self-discovery as two unlikely souls connect. Abandoned by his father and raised by his single mother, handsome and sexually confused Nate obligatorily joins the Marines to support his fiancée. On leave, the detached Marine meets Andy, a magnetic and seemingly free-spirited young man with big dreams of Hollywood. Initially their bond is purely platonic, but the smoldering chemistry they share is undeniable as it sizzles into something sensual and intimate. Together they plunge headfirst into waters of vulnerability and desire, while the identity of Nate s father finally rises to the surface.

well… maybe it’s time for (some) kids to discover that homosexuality is a fact and not a curse. homophobics tend to feel quite embarrassed when it comes to understand that people of the same sex might fall in love.

I haven’t seen this film and honestly I don’t think I will, IMO, it has its place among xbox games, simply because kids might be curious about it.
The “please think of the children” presupposes that, as this is not a “sex movie”, that “love” is something children need to be protected from unless it meets your individual specification of the definition of love. I agree, overt sex can be an issue, but this is not overt sex and comes down to your bias. I disagree with your plea of asking others to agree with your bias by censoring that which doesn’t agree with it.
I also have a problem with the “save the children” proposition. In my experience, it rarely has to do with the safety of the children as much as it has to do with an emotional plea to agree with an adult perception that has no other case.
